So happy as we will be using it this weekend. Great product highly recommend. As a matter of fact we already told our friend to go buy one.

After doing some research and talking to other RVers we chose the igen4500. A bit sceptical since we didnt have any direct expierence with Westinghouse generators or inverters but the iGen4500 had lots of features for a very reasonable price. Especially appreciated how EVERYTHING was included in the box with the inverter... oil, tools, funnel and even a battery charger! Unit was very easy to prep for use and started up with a simple push of the remote. So far only have 30+ hours on the unit but to date it has performed very well and has easily exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend the iGen4500 to anyone.

The only issue I had was hooking up to LP tank. There should be a flexible gas line at LP end rather than have direct hookup to reduce stress on connection. Overall very pleased with performance.

We have the dual fuel generator, so we just hooked it right up to the propane tanks on our camper and it worked wonderfully! Very quiet, the remote start is an amazing feature as well! We were able to run AC, coffee pot, and my hair tools all at one time!

Being used on the tongue of a Travel Trailer. Good fit vs. weight / size.

This is our first time owning a travel trailer also and I was nervous about having a generator and the difficulty in it but it is a super easy set up. All you do is plug in the battery, pour the oil and gas it up and it works perfectly. Powered my AC in the trailer no problem. And also the remote start is so nice to have.

Otherwise it's performed well for 20 hrs, very satisfied.

I wanted quiet running, long run time, clean power and duel fuel option. The electric start with remote was a bonus. I found nothing in it's price range that even came close. First, very fast shipping and truly a plug and play. Everything comes in the box. No trips to the hardware store. It is quieter than my 2000 watt inverter. General impression, it looks and feels like good equipment.

Easy to start!! whether pushing the button for Electric start or one (maybe 2) pulls on the cord (for when i let the battery die), it has started right up. It's been fantastic for getting things running so the family can get inside after a long day of driving, or just for the comforts of day to day power usage.

The dual fuel is perfect! Easy start up and operation. VERY quiet. Weighs under a hundred pounds so can be lifted and moved with ease. Even easier with the pull out handle that makes it as easy as pulling my old little red wagon! All controls and indicators are easily read and understood. Very well engineered! Works great with our 30 AMP RV hook up. In future, will be off road boondocking for sure!

We were one of the lucky ones here in Texas to not have to go days without power. I loved the ease of everything from starting to draining the oil. Especially draining the oil. Westinghouse makes it very easy. This generator is a bit on the heavy side but for what can do it's well worth it.

Thank you! I have tested the new unit, and it is easy to start and works great. Having to have the Run switch on to start and run the generator and having it stay on after turning off with the remote is a problem, but I can live with it. JRM

The remote start is awesome especially if the weather is not cooperating.

It appeared to have no problem powering: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, 2 circuits of lights and receptacles. This generator runs quietly, relatively speaking. It is very easy to set up and connect loads to.
