This machine doesn’t rinse well since new… and now after owning for 4 years with proper maintenance, the machine won’t come out of rinse mode. Over optioned, overrated JUNK.

Missing the Delicate Cycle on this washer
Not sure why there isn't a Gentle / Hand Wash Cycle on this washer. They still have it on the dryer. I always have a t least on load of delicates that I want to wash and am forced to try and figure out what buttons to push to actually do a gentle / delicate load of laundry.

While this model doesn't include a labeled "Gentle" or "Hand Wash" cycle, you can still care for delicate fabrics by adjusting the spin speed to low and soil level to light which creates a gentler wash environment similar to a hand wash. Excellent washing abilities, so smart easy to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using washing machine for a couple of weeks. So smart, easy to use & very quiet. The clothes have come out clean & NOT a wrinkled mess. So happy with the washer. The two things I do not like is the washer lid & control pannel shows anything & everything. It's impossible to clean. The pull out dispenser for the soap is a little on the short side, when pouring soap into the dispenser the soap gets on the sides & top of the pull out.

I’ve had this washer for almost a month and are so happy with it specially love the feature that you have the app in your phone and it lets you know when the wash is complete as well it gives you tips to maintain your washer clean and going I wash almost every day have toddler kids is a great washer no satins are left in the clothes
Overall good washing with a couple of annoyances
We've had this washer for about 3 months. Overall it performs well. The controls are easy enough to understand although it took a number of tries to settle on our preferred cycles and settings to avoid not wasting a lot of water. The Wash performance is good. 2 negatives observed so far. One, are the syphons in the detergent and softener dispensers. They don't work. Typically, one or both dispensers are full of water at the end of a wash. I've read the LG support info on this topic and followed their suggestions. The syphons just don't drain. LG claim this is caused by build up of detergent or softener. I've cleaned the dispenser tray and this doesn't help. We've never even used softener and that tray doesn't drain either, so it can't be residue build up. The work around is not a big deal, but this is really stupid on LG's part for such a simple thing. They really should redesign these syphons and provide replacement parts. The second issue is with the "downloadable" cycles (eg delicate cycle). This is really poorly done and it's a real pain to find these. I'm glad we don't really need this functionality.

Pleasant surprise
I bought it a month ago. I really enjoyed the machine from the very first wash. I was skeptical because this machine was fairly new to the market and had no reviews. But it really does a great job.. like the soft lid close. I wish it was see through. The control panel could be more lighted.
Not a fan of the smart washers using less water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t have this exact model but I have an LG, top loader with agitator smart washer, so I’m sure it’s similar. Clothes DO NOT get saturated with water. During the wash cycle clothes are moving in the machine without getting wet, so how do they get clean?! I have to use the bedding setting when doing laundry so the tub fills up otherwise clothes come out with spots and still smell like perfume. When washing my sons 4 white school shirts I hate having to use the bedding option so I tried to download a cycle on the app, using the 1/2 load option and clothes still don’t get fully wet. Really not efficient at getting clothes clean.

Great Washer

Cleans Well
This product was delivered 2 1/2 weeks ago and so far I am very pleased. My old washer was over 20 years old, so it took a few days to adjust to the newer technology. I must admit, it gets my clothes cleaner. I am also thrilled that my comforter fits in tub with ease! I have not yet attempted to use it with the WIFI.

Not impressed
Purchased this about a month ago. We are slightly annoyed at the machine because unless you do deep fill every wash it will NOT get stuff clean. We even had clothes go through whole cycles and not be completely wet (still dry in places). Not a huge fan of the numerous buttons either. Just need to have knobs that are easy and not over complicated.
