Was really excited about these pillows since I tried one out at a store but these are so uncomfortable and firm that my back was hurting from laying on it. Can’t believe how much these cost for such low quality and discomfort. So disappointed especially when I also am waiting on a new mattress from tempurpedic and worry about the quality now compared to older products I got from tempurpedic over a decade or more ago. Quality really went down hill I feel.

We ordered Queen and king versions of these. We hoped for something at least thicker than an inch. These are like sleeping on deflated pancakes. We have neck pain and these aren’t the same Tempurpedic quality we have known in the past. Disappointed with the product

For starters, Tempurpedic support is an absolute waste of time. I ordered (2) of these pillow in the king size and they offer zero support. The pillows take a long time to recover to their original shape and compress to almost 2" with very little force. If you need to get up in the middle of the night you'll need to rotate the pillow or slide it over in order to get a new resting spot for your head as the one previously will still be returning to its original shape. Possibly a manufacturing defect and zero accountability from the support team.

Our adapt soft was hard as a rock when we received it. Nothing like the show room. I was told it would have a break in period but we are 2 weeks in and still it's hard. I can tell slowly it's softening up but not fast enough. I've thought about returning it.

I have only had good experiences with tempur-pedic products, particularly in that they’ve always been firm. I figured any product from this company would have that level of firmness. But this pillow is too soft for me to comfortably use unfortunately.

The pillows are good but I would like them a little stiffer. I have neck issues & require a little less give with my pillows to be completely comfortable. When the pillow is colder it does seem to have more stiffness but after I've laid on it for a bit there is no resistance.

My son was always talking about how great this pillow was but I was very skeptical because I have never found a pillow that made me comfortable at night even other memory foam pillows. I ordered two to have at the house when my son and his wife come to visit and my son said, “just try one.” I was skeptical at first and now, someone does not get the extra pillow when they visit because I took it! Very happy and waking up much more comfortable no more jaw pain from sleeping on an uncomfortable pillow.

Still has an odor after 4 weeks

Too thick! And it cost $80!

Love this pillow!
