I love my tempur -cloud pillows. For many years I have suffered with a pinched nerve in my neck. I ordered two of the cloud pillows to be used at my home and our lake house.These pillows have given my neck perfect alignment and support that have resulted in restful nights and uninterrupted sleep. Now I don't go anywhere without taking one of my wonderful pillows with me!

I'm really happy with my TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow! It's soft and comfortable while still providing the support I need. It molds nicely to my head and neck without feeling too firm, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The quality is excellent, and it feels like a pillow that will hold up over time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and very soft pillow!

I am a physical therapist and a registered nurse. I fell in May 2026 at work during a controlled training session on self-protection techniques with the behavioral patient. My right shoulder pain turned into neck pain through the summer. I couldn't sleep through the night. I did everything I instruct my patients to do to sleep comfortably, but to no avail. On the first morning after my first night using your pillow I was shocked bc I SLEPT THROUGH THE ENTIRE NIGHT. I've been having neck pain recently from other pillows -- even high quality, expensive ones -- so I thought I'd give these a try. Total game changer! No more neck pain. I sleep so much better on them, to the point that I brought one with me on my last driving trip. Why struggle with AirBnB pillows when I can bring my own and sleep soundly? I like my Tempur-pedic mattress, but I LOVE my Tempur-pedic pillows.

We got two regular sized Tempur-Pedic pillows when we got our new king size bed five years ago. We love our bed and we love the pillows but the size was all wrong. The price of king size pillows scared us off but cheaper ones were, well, cheap. When I saw the BOGO offer I jumped on it and got two king sized pillows. Fantastic decision.

I've had one of these pillows since 2018 or so and have loved it so much that I just bought new ones. Perfectly supportive as a side sleeper, yet soft enough that my head sinks a little into it. It lasted me about six years before it started being a little *too* soft and less supportive, so it is definitely worth the cost. Highly recommended and I hope I can continue to buy these for the rest of my life.

I was replacing a pillow that was too firm and too high, and decided to try the Cloud pillow. I know the feel is supposed to be soft, but it felt more medium soft with just enough firmness for my preference. I'm mainly a back and side sleeper though, so the loft is a little too short to be able to sleep on my side comfortably. I have a towel underneath it to raise the loft which seems to help. This pillow is definitely better for back sleepers, but can be great for anyone looking for something just slightly softer.

Honestly, I feel totally ripped off. I bought the Tempur-Pedic Cloud Queen Pillow expecting a normal, high-quality queen pillow, but what actually arrived feels like a glorified travel pillow. The sizing is a total scam. Calling this a "queen" is incredibly misleading. When I put it inside my standard queen pillowcases, there is so much extra fabric just flopping around at the ends because the pillow is laughably short. It looks ridiculous on the bed and constantly slides around inside the case while I'm trying to sleep. For the premium price Tempur-Pedic charges, it feels like a massive bait-and-switch marketing trick just to save money on foam. Aside from the size, the comfort isn't even there: Paying this much money for a brand name undersized brick feels awful. Save your cash this is not a queen pillow for ants.

I purchased these expecting a major upgrade from my previous cloud pillow, but they are a massive disappointment. Straight out of the box, they unleashed the absolute worst chemical off-gassing smell I've ever experienced. To make matters worse, they are completely flat and offer virtually zero support. Unless you exclusively sleep on your back, you will not be able to get comfortable on these. Save your money and look elsewhere. Good luck with getting a return as well - Tempur-Pedic refuses returns on pillows unlike the majority of their competitors.

Don't purchase online if you are not sure if this pillow is for you. Test it out in stores. They don't accept returns on pillows. I will not be purchasing anything Temperpedic again. If you are someone who sleeps in multiple positions. This pillow is not for you.
