After sleeping on the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow, I finally understand why so many people recommend TEMPUR-Pedic. The pillow is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support without feeling too firm. It gently conforms to my head and neck, helping me wake up feeling more rested and without the stiffness I often experienced with traditional pillows. I also appreciate the quality and craftsmanship. It feels durable, holds its shape well, and has a premium feel that's immediately noticeable. While it's certainly an investment, it's one that has been well worth it for me considering how much time we spend sleeping. If you're looking for a supportive, comfortable pillow that balances softness with pressure relief, I highly recommend giving the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow a try.

I received the item with an awful order. When I called I was told to let it air out for days then wash it. Do NOT buy online you will have to wait 5 days before using the pillow.

Overall, I like the pillow but the 'cooling' one doesn't really feel that cool. It's not overheating, but I would've expected it to feel cooler (to dissipate the heat more).

This pillow is very soft and comfortable. I do think however it may be a little too soft with not as much support but still a great pillow especially if you're going for soft pillows where your head sinks in.

I have these pillows on all my beds now. My bed, guest room bed, even my travel trailer. No more tossing and turning all now folding and scrunching pillows trying to get them just right.

There is not enough filling to support the neck. The pillow goes flat under your head and to bunch it under your neck would be leaving your head hang down the other side. I gave it a 3 because it is okay.

It took a while to soften. It provides support, but it is not as fluffy as I expected. It shrinks after use, but it bounces back. I hope it lasts long enough to justify the price I paid.

I have tried several pillows in the past 6 years with some support for my aching neck. Finally bought the tempurpedic cloud pillows for myself and my spouse. What a great pillow! No more neck pain. Great way to wake up in the morning.
