Wasn’t sure I was going to like this pillow when I received it but fell in love with it right away. It is cool, comfortable and just firm enough. It is soft enough to cradle my head and firm enough for good support. My husband and I both like our pillows.

After sleeping on the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow, I finally understand why so many people recommend TEMPUR-Pedic. The pillow is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support without feeling too firm. It gently conforms to my head and neck, helping me wake up feeling more rested and without the stiffness I often experienced with traditional pillows. I also appreciate the quality and craftsmanship. It feels durable, holds its shape well, and has a premium feel that's immediately noticeable. While it's certainly an investment, it's one that has been well worth it for me considering how much time we spend sleeping. If you're looking for a supportive, comfortable pillow that balances softness with pressure relief, I highly recommend giving the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow a try.

I've been fighting with pillows for a very long time!! I must've tried all different companies, firm, not firm. I must have 7 or 8 pillows on my bed! And finally my granddaughter gave me hers to try & I slept like a baby! I took pictures of it, so I'd get the right one! Once I got back home I I went to your site, and ordered it immediately. And now that I own them, I can say, I wake up with no neck aches, & have a restful night sleep!

I'm a side sleeper and stomach sleeper so it is hard to find a pillow to do this. However, this pillow is extremely firm not medium-firm. It doesn't sink in like a Tempurpedic pillow or mattress. Not a happy purchase at all. Wish I could return because then I would get the side sleeping pillow that I loved when I had it but thought I'd try this one since I've started stomach sleeping too with my back pain. I will say my neck pain eased up with this pillow but not comfortable.

I would compare these pillows to sleeping on tires. It sounds like it could be comfortable but ultimately you hate yourself for even trying. These pillows are so dense my neck feels like it's being separated from my skull. I have really tried to like these pillows, I even bought some cute pillow covers but they do not disguise the pain I feel every time I look at them plopped on my bed. They're stiff, they hurt and I think I could dislocate a bone if one fell on top of me hard enough.

I've used the cloud pillow for a few years now and I love it until I recently just bought a new one couple weeks ago with the buy one get one sale. It seems completely different than the cloud I had from before. Not sure what updates they did to it but it doesn't work for me. I was so bummed. The cover even feels different, the old one I had the cover felt so much softer. And usually the foam would bounce back right away this new one is staying flat. I'm not a negative person so I hate to even leave a review like this. But just would love to know what updates they did to it. Bring back the old cloud. These new ones feel super cheap :(

Wife stole my pillow and I thought i had mine but it was stiff and didn't feel the same woke up sore and stiff than the next day I noticed she had my pillow due to me not being able to sleep tossing and turning pain in my neck and shoulder... I noticed I even take it on trips due to me just liking it. Im a side sleeper but with my arm under the pillow and its been miserable finding that perfect pillow for me.

I have a bulged disc in my lower lumbar as well as several medical issues causing muscle stiffness and pain. Previously, I had one of those cervical pillows (Not TempurPedic) with the large dip in the middle, but it wore out within 2 years of purchase and started becoming uncomfortable. I decided to give this pillow a try. It has lessened how tight my calves get along the outsides. Overall, this is a great, high quality pillow that will work fantastically for most people; I just wish it came in the cervical pillow style I had before as that style is the only pillow I've used that relieves the stiffness in the other parts of my legs and my low back. It is highly likely the next mattress I purchase will be a TempurPedic because there really is nothing else out there that can match the shape retention of memory foam. Other things I like about this pillow: Removable cover. How soft the cover is. How well it reduces pressure points. That it ships in a box at full size and not rolled and vacuum sealed and crammed into plastic. That it will last many, many years. Great value for the money.

I can describe my experience in many ways because I have so many great things to say about this pillow. But to keep it short and sweet it was worth the money! I am so thrilled over these pillows they are the nicest pillows I've ever had. I always bought cheap pillows and my sleep has done a 360° change from how I used to sleep waking up with my neck hurting and not feeling well rested. This pillow makes you sleep better, it is perfect for the contours of your head however you sleep. It is a bit pricey but I got it on sale either way it was the best purchase I've made in a long time and the best pillows I've ever owned. Now I have to buy two more so I can have four of them they're just so plush I want to lay in a bed full of them all day. 10 out of 10 Stars. Just buy it already because this pillow is marvelous!

I absolutely love the Tempur-Pedic Cloud Pillow! It has the perfect balance of softness and support without feeling too firm or stiff. It's incredibly comfortable and molds to my head and neck while still giving me the support I need throughout the night. I've tried so many pillows over the years, and this is one of the first that I can actually sleep comfortably on all night. It's plush and cozy without feeling like my head is sinking too far down. I also really appreciate that it holds its shape and doesn't feel flat after using it. If you're looking for a comfortable, supportive pillow that feels luxurious without being overly firm, I definitely recommend this one. 5 stars from me!
