I would compare these pillows to sleeping on tires. It sounds like it could be comfortable but ultimately you hate yourself for even trying. These pillows are so dense my neck feels like it’s being separated from my skull. I have really tried to like these pillows, I even bought some cute pillow covers but they do not disguise the pain I feel every time I look at them plopped on my bed. They’re stiff, they hurt and I think I could dislocate a bone if one fell on top of me hard enough.

I absolutely love my TEMPUR-Cloud® Pillow in King size! It’s incredibly comfortable and provides the perfect balance of softness and support. The memory foam feels plush while still giving my neck the support it needs throughout the night. I also love the king size—it gives plenty of room to move around and feels luxurious. The pillow has a great quality feel and has quickly become one of my favorite pillows. I wake up feeling more comfortable and well-rested. Definitely worth it and highly recommend!

I thought the cloud pillows would be so much softer than they are. I can’t use mine because it’s too high and too firm. The outside material also feels a bit scratchy and the pillow case for some reason doesn’t want to stay in place. I’m very disappointed. I bought the cloud to replace my tempurpedic pillow that I had for years and loved.

I can describe my experience in many ways because I have so many great things to say about this pillow. But to keep it short and sweet it was worth the money! I am so thrilled over these pillows they are the nicest pillows I've ever had. I always bought cheap pillows and my sleep has done a 360° change from how I used to sleep waking up with my neck hurting and not feeling well rested. This pillow makes you sleep better, it is perfect for the contours of your head however you sleep. It is a bit pricey but I got it on sale either way it was the best purchase I've made in a long time and the best pillows I've ever owned. Now I have to buy two more so I can have four of them they're just so plush I want to lay in a bed full of them all day. 10 out of 10 Stars. Just buy it already because this pillow is marvelous!

I’ve used the cloud pillow for a few years now and I love it until I recently just bought a new one couple weeks ago with the buy one get one sale. It seems completely different than the cloud I had from before. Not sure what updates they did to it but it doesn’t work for me. I was so bummed. The cover even feels different, the old one I had the cover felt so much softer. And usually the foam would bounce back right away this new one is staying flat. I’m not a negative person so I hate to even leave a review like this. But just would love to know what updates they did to it. Bring back the old cloud. These new ones feel super cheap :(

I have a bulged disc in my lower lumbar as well as several medical issues causing muscle stiffness and pain. Previously, I had one of those cervical pillows (Not TempurPedic) with the large dip in the middle, but it wore out within 2 years of purchase and started becoming uncomfortable. I decided to give this pillow a try. It has lessened how tight my calves get along the outsides. Overall, this is a great, high quality pillow that will work fantastically for most people; I just wish it came in the cervical pillow style I had before as that style is the only pillow I've used that relieves the stiffness in the other parts of my legs and my low back. It is highly likely the next mattress I purchase will be a TempurPedic because there really is nothing else out there that can match the shape retention of memory foam. Other things I like about this pillow: Removable cover. How soft the cover is. How well it reduces pressure points. That it ships in a box at full size and not rolled and vacuum sealed and crammed into plastic. That it will last many, many years. Great value for the money.

Purchased this new set of pillows last month to replace the SAME EXACT pillows that I ordered in 2022— only to now find the quality has gone down SUBSTANTIALLY. So sad for such expensive pillows. This new version is terrible. Despite being temper material they feel less dense, less substantial, and flatten very easily. In addition, the new (cheaper) pillow cover is thinner, less structured and slides out of place easily turning the pillow into a weird twist tie. Very disappointing because the ones we purchased in 2022 were really awesome for 4 years and these new ones are garbage already. Pillows are not a returnable item so BUYER BEWARE.

I bought these in April 2020 starting over from a divorce when they were having a but one get one sale. It is now 2026 and I am slowly upgrading my new house and wanted to buy these pillows again for guests. I found my old order and realized I’ve been using these pillows for 6 years now and they are still so incredible I’m trying to find my old order to order more. They are still holding up after almost a decade. I have tossed other pillows for losing shape after a matter of months… Target brands, Bamboo, you name it. These have gotten me through 6 years so far and I wasn’t even replacing them- I was buying additional. Figured that was review worthy.

Wasn’t sure I was going to like this pillow when I received it but fell in love with it right away. It is cool, comfortable and just firm enough. It is soft enough to cradle my head and firm enough for good support. My husband and I both like our pillows.

I'm a side sleeper and stomach sleeper so it is hard to find a pillow to do this. However, this pillow is extremely firm not medium-firm. It doesn't sink in like a Tempurpedic pillow or mattress. Not a happy purchase at all. Wish I could return because then I would get the side sleeping pillow that I loved when I had it but thought I'd try this one since I've started stomach sleeping too with my back pain. I will say my neck pain eased up with this pillow but not comfortable.
