Very flat and soft offering very little support. The quality is good but comes with a higher price tag.

This is my second set of pillows. They are the best! I even take one with me when I travel. I also love that I can remove the cover and wash it.

I was expecting a firm thick pillow and within a few weeks have a flat pillow! Very disappointing. NOT worth the price.

I’m a back sleeper and this pillow is comfortable and very supportive. Not sure the extra $ for the cooling layer was worth it though.

Tios pillow make the diference between have neck and shoulders pressure, hold evely the head weight for a better neck alligment and deep sleep, together of course with the right tempur pedic mattres and prosmart adjustable base.

I wanted to like the pillow but it’s too tall and stiff. I contacted customer care and they said that a refund is not allowed if you purchase pillows. What a disappointment.

Had the previous version of these pillows. The denseness changed and offers little support for the neck. Can’t return and can’t exchange so stuck with pillows that make me wake up sore
