Love the king size, but it could be a tad more full, not so flat. It has the chance to be the perfect pillow if it was a bit more full. Otherwise a 4.7 star I give it. Comfort, length and cooling perfect!

I wanted to like the pillow but it’s too tall and stiff. I contacted customer care and they said that a refund is not allowed if you purchase pillows. What a disappointment.

Had the previous version of these pillows. The denseness changed and offers little support for the neck. Can’t return and can’t exchange so stuck with pillows that make me wake up sore

Bought a pair of these pillows to replace some dead pillows. Both family members are loving them. One side sleeper and one back sleeper and it works for both of them.

From the first day that I got it, it made my back and neck much more comfortable. Had a really good sleep no stiffness really loved it.

This pillow helps support my neck. It keeps its shape ,doesn't flatten out like other pillows I have had.

It could be a bit firmer, but I should've bought the slightly firmer pillows instead of the cloud series. This was my first pair of tempurpedic pillows, so I'll know for next time.
