I'm a back and side sleeper over 60; this pillow works better than I expected. It sleeps a little warm, the cooling cover upgrade would likely fix that issue. I might be sleeping longer. Just a comfortable pillow that conforms to your head. Good Luck finding your best sleep.

Terrible. I'm only being straight forward because I contacted support already and they said they cannot do anything to assist me and that pillows have a zero refund policy. Have only purchased your pillows since about 2015 and have your bed. Will be looking into other options in the future.

For the first 10 seconds of laying on this pillow it is like laying on a cloud, then it turns into a solid board of compressed pain. Every night I sleep on this pillow I get neck pain. I've moved back to my original pillow. The compressed state of the pillow does not work for me.

I initially bought this pillow for my husband but after getting one for me I couldn't use, I stole this one! I figured it would take a while to get used to something new and it definitely does. It is pretty firm but over time, I've grown to like it. Don't purchase this if you want to mash and manipulate your pillow. This is not the pillow for you! This is perfect for people that like a pillow to hold its shape and be uniform over time.

I have owned a Tempurpedic cloud pillow since we first bought our Tempurpedic mattress. I was replacing that cloud pillow with what I thought was the newest version of the cloud pillow. But after purchasing it and trying it out, it was not the same at all. The new cloud pillow was much too soft and it felt like my head sunk immediately to the level of the mattress without any neck support.

It literally feels like we're sleeping on a cloud. We've been sleeping so much well since we got these pillows. I ordered the pillow categorized as best for stomach sleepers. It's great for stomach sleepers but also fantastic for back and side sleeping. 10/10 recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried 3 other Tempur-Pedic pillow types (5 pillows total)- sadly with the cost of these things (especially King size)- all have been a fail. I have 4 of these pillows throughout my household (1 for each of my 3 children and myself), and interestingly enough the cheapest pillow in the line is, in my opinion, the best one they offer. Unfortunately it took spending approx $500-600 on the prior 5 pillows to figure it out! While I do think it is the best in the line, it's STILL only moderately comfortable. It is nice & soft and cloud-like and the zip-fabric removable/washable case material is soft & smooth to touch, it has more give in the tempur so your head is able to sink more into the pillow than the others I have, BUT from my experience with this entire line of pillows (tempur-cloud included)- they are just too high (some way too firm also) for the natural alignment of the neck and this is the reason I am rating it a 3 because it otherwise would be a great little comfy pillow. Pros: Washable cover Soft smooth fabric Moderate cloud-like give in tempur material Cons: Too high for positioning of neck Price In my honest opinion, the Tempur pillow line is far too expensive to have to go through them all to get to the right one and I would return all 6 (4 different types total) and get my money back. Which doesn't entirely come as a surprise to me because I also upgraded to a Tempur King size (VERY expensive) mattress about 2 years ago (when I first tried out the first pillow in my collection) and I truly wish I DIDN'T because it has been utterly HORRIBLE for my back! Maybe it's just me, or maybe Tempur-Pedic just isn't at all as great as it's cracked up to be‍♀️
