I think my head must weigh 110 pounds! All kidding aside, I thought it would be firmer than what it was. It kind of flattened out.. I ended up buying a different pillow. BUT!! This pillow is good for some people! It has great reviews!

Opened it, had really bad chemical smell but they wouldn't let me return even though I did not use it. Decided to try it out after, was too soft, went flat

This pillow is very comfy feeling. Once you place your head on it, the flattens out almost completely. Aggravating. Also, it is VERY SMALL for a "standard or queen" pillowcase.

I now sleep more comfortably. I get a much better night's sleep. No more achy, sore neck in the morning. I used to blame my aches and pains on getting old. Now I realize it was the darn old pillow I was using!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best pillows you can buy. But my favorite pillow is the Tempurpedic Cloud that I bought in 2016. Wish they still made them in that style.
