I bought this pillow after having tried a similar one at a mattress store. This one did not have the cooling feature but it was part of the BOGO deal, so I decided to give it a try. I generally fall asleep on my back and will wake up in different positions. I slept on this pillow the first night and felt like my head would sink all the way down where I could feel the mattress on the back of my head. I slept on it without a pillow case and it made my head feel pretty hot, which was a pretty bad feeling I hadn't experienced in the past. I decided to sleep on it several nights to give it a chance but after 3 nights of sleeping uncomfortable on it, I decided to give up. I did use a soft pillow case, which seem to help a bit with the temperature. It is a soft pillow and the memory foam does feel nice. I just wish it wouldn't sink all the way down. I did get a different pillow for my wife on the BOGO so that we could each try both pillows, but unfortunately it didn't work out either. I knew I wouldn't be able to return them but hoped at least one of them would work. My wife didn't like either one as well, so now we have some pretty expensive shams. We will use them for our guest bedroom and gladly gift it to the first guest that compliments them.

I have two Tempur-Pedic pillows for sleeping and reading support that are absolutely fantastic, and knew that these new ones I found online would be as well. I ordered two of them for my use on the couch. My wife didn't like the plain white color, so she bought a couple of fancy embroidered pillow covers (with golden fringes) for them online. The covers fit like a glove and give us very expensive looking pillows that enhance the beauty of the couch she selected. Now we are both happy. Tempur-Pedic saves the day again!

This pillow provides the perfect amount of support while leaving you able to get the best sleep you've ever experienced. Feather pillows flatten to easily and need readjustment. Foam pillows have no give - too firm. This pillow supports your head and needs no readjustment so you get a longer period of sound sleep. I bought one for me and my wife tried it. She loved it so we bought another. She is like the princess and the pea! Really - it took buying 15 pillows before she found the one she loves.....The TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow. I highly recommend this pillow.

This pillow is amazing - I've never slept more soundly before. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's been life changing!

This is the first pillow I've bought in 15 years that my husband is happy with. He is a side/stomach sleeper wearing a CPAP. I'm glad I bought two because I love it too!!! I'm a side/back sleeper and wear earplugs. This pillow is soft enough to help my ears be comfortable yet supports well to keep my shoulder from hurting. We are around age 60, so our age related aches and pains are helped by this pillow.

Bought Tempur-pedic mattress in May with new pillows that gave me neck pain, something I never had with my very old pillows. So I decided to try the Cloud Pillow, and it got rid of that neck pain immediately. I hope it continues to perform as it has so far.

I found with the Tempur Cloud Pillow it's literally like a cloud and my neck pain is gone! Took 2 weeks for me to adjust and find the right setting but I LOVE it!

This one has the right amount of comfort, support that is needed. If I were to note one thing for improvement, it is that I wish the pillow was a inch thicker. Overall it is amazing.
