I ordered the queen size pillow and it was much smaller than my other queen size pillows. I liked the comfort of the pillow but it was just too small. when I rolled over from the center of the pillow, my head fell off the pillow! I am using my queen size pillow cases and it literally falls out of the pillow case. It's like everything else I guess - the size of the product is shrinking but the price either remains the same or goes up a little. Going to return them.

I wish I would’ve known about tempur cloud pillow sooner. It’s the most comfortable pillow I ever slept on and experience. I wake up refreshed and no pain. That was my biggest complaint with other pillows, that it would hurt my neck. Tempur cloud pillow feels like it cradles my neck. I’m looking forward to purchasing more tempur-pedic products that I need in my life.

My son was always talking about how great this pillow was but I was very skeptical because I have never found a pillow that made me comfortable at night even other memory foam pillows. I ordered two to have at the house when my son and his wife come to visit and my son said, “just try one.” I was skeptical at first and now, someone does not get the extra pillow when they visit because I took it! Very happy and waking up much more comfortable no more jaw pain from sleeping on an uncomfortable pillow.

My husband has had his tempurpedic pillow since college. I was excited to get him a new fresh one after all these years and even more excited to get one for myself. Since his was old there wasn't a tag but we looked on the website and got one that looked like it matched his original pillow. Well we were wrong & he used it for all of 5 minutes before switching back to his old college pillow. When you lay on this pillow, you head basically sinks to the mattress. Hard to swallow spending all this money on pillows that won't be used. Highly recommend going to a store to try before you buy so you don't run into my mistake. If you like any substance to your pillow, I do not recommend this one.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have ordered these pillows. I am slowly replacing all the pillows in my house with this product. They are very high quality and the most comfortable for my cranky neck that I have found. I side sleep and back sleep, and they work for both.

I would have rated it a 3.5 star but obviously that’s not an option. My husband likes the pillow and reports it’s super comfortable, but I’m not sold. The pillow is so thin it feels as though I’m sleeping on top of my mattress. Maybe I would benefit from a different one in the collection. I usually love soft pillows but this one is too soft.

The process of ordering, shipping, and receiving the pillow were all fantastic! Unfortunately we didn’t love the pillow. At the start of the night, the pillow felt great but my husband and I both had increased neck pain in the morning after waking up to a completely flat pillow. It was not as supportive as Tempur-Pedic pillows we’ve had in the past. Not sure if the quality has changed?

Our adapt soft was hard as a rock when we received it. Nothing like the show room. I was told it would have a break in period but we are 2 weeks in and still it's hard. I can tell slowly it's softening up but not fast enough. I've thought about returning it.

I grew up sleeping on feathered pillows made by my maternal grandmother. After those wore out, we went to foam. Now I am 63, and this TEMPUR - Cloud Pillow by far exceeds them all! I’ve purchased four of them, not only for myself, but to share with my sibling and any guests I may host.
