[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to purchase because of a bad experience I had with a previous tempur pillow (the one that has a big and little hump one either side), but after a lot of research on "what pillows help with neck pain," this one seemed to be highly rated on multiple sites so I was convinced. I do not regret my purchase, AT ALL. This pillow has been absolutely the most comfortable pillow I've ever had, and it has made my neck pain little to none! It isn't super puffy, which I like, and actually feels like the perfect height for me (I'm a back, side, and stomach sleeper). Highly recommend.

My only gripe is that it can get a little warm after about 10 minutes. Not hot, just a little warm. I wish this pillow cooled like the dual cooling pillow because that would be the ultimate pillow.

This felt harder than I desired at first, but the results for good sleep & reducing my neck pain was Amazing!!! I was still skeptical (I thought it was only because of the new tempurpedic mattress topper we got with the pillows) so I tried my other pillows only to get neck stiffness & pain again. Recently I was away and had to use other pillows & I woke up with neck pain & knots each time. It's Incredible

I am a side/stomach sleeper and have searched for years to find the right pillow. I have yet to find one. The first time I used this pillow I woke up the next morning with the worst neck pain I have ever experienced. Almost to a debilitating level. I switched pillows in the meantime, and After it finally went away tried again to see if it was just me having slept in an awkward position. I experienced the same debilitating results the following morning.

No matter how I lay on these pillows, I wake up with a painful, stiff neck and headache. They are also very hard. These cannot be returned, so they are on my bed as decoration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laying my head on this pillow is the most comfortable relaxing experience I've ever had. The topper helps relieve my back pain. It's just the right support level not too soft not too hard. The sleep mask is adjustable and really blacks out all the lights. This bundle is heavenly. It's the next best thing to a massage. It would make a nice gift for someone with back problems.

I bought 2 of these pillows and both me and my other half both dislike them. I read all the reviews but it's very underwhelming. We have a temper pedic mattress and it is excellent but these pillows are not very good quality. Flat once your head touches them so it's been very uncomfortable to sleep on. I emailed customer care to see about exchanging them for the memory foam version and they were not helpful and just emailed me that they don't take returns.. never again! Don't waste your money!

I sleep very well and wake up without a stiff neck. I've heard it said that we should bring something from home with us when we travel and my Tempur-Cloud pillow is my something. Happy travels!
