I originally purchased these pillows for my husband as I thought it would help with his Parkinson’s. He hated them and they were just too heavy to maneuver so I took them for myself. I am 75 and always flip my pillows to keep cool. Needless to say.. I get my exercise in with these pillows. I weighed them. Each pillow weighs 4.5 pounds. I am sure they are perfect for someone sturdier than me and I am moving them to the spare bedroom.

For starters, Tempurpedic support is an absolute waste of time. I ordered (2) of these pillow in the king size and they offer zero support. The pillows take a long time to recover to their original shape and compress to almost 2" with very little force. If you need to get up in the middle of the night you'll need to rotate the pillow or slide it over in order to get a new resting spot for your head as the one previously will still be returning to its original shape. Possibly a manufacturing defect and zero accountability from the support team.

The cover with the cooling makes it very slippery so the pillowcase is moving all around. Also, the pillow is not very deep/tall so I don’t feel like it offers enough support for my head especially the king size pillow. I wish they would go back to the older version which was the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever owned.

I bought this same pillow ~7 years ago and finally had to replace it because it started losing some of its structure and becoming thinner and less fluffy. The new pillow I got almost feels exactly like the old one so I believe there's less material which is really disappointing. It's comfortable but way too thin.

We ordered Queen and king versions of these. We hoped for something at least thicker than an inch. These are like sleeping on deflated pancakes. We have neck pain and these aren’t the same Tempurpedic quality we have known in the past. Disappointed with the product

I bought one of these with my bed years ago and it did well for about a year before I went back to standard pillows. I decided to try this one again thinking maybe something had changed for the better but unfortunately I could inly last a week with the new one. Caused sever neck pain for me. However, I had gotten it along with an ADJUSTABLE pillow - I would skip this and go to that instead.

I have one in my guest room currently. My Mom asked me to purchase her one for Christmas that it was such a great experience sleeping on that pillow so she is so happy she loves it. She said it is really helping her neck and she sleeps with a CPAP machine so it is a lifesaver.

These pillows were on sale and had high reviews so I bought a set for myself and my daughter. We both had the same complaint.. once you lay on the pillow for a few minutes if you move around at all, the entire thing goes completely flat and you might as well not have a pillow at all. This might be the worst pillow I have ever slept on.

After the second night, I saw a huge difference in how my neck felt! I could not believe how quickly it adjusted for me. I was having terrible neck pain and headaches with my old pillow, but this Tempur-pedic cloud has been a game changer. Very happy.

I was skeptical of these pillows when I was searching for a new pillow. Almost every morning I woke up with neck pain. After thinking about it, I decided to give them a try. Best decision I have ever made. I wake up with no neck pain and I’m sleeping better than I have in years! Will only buy these pillows from now on!
