Thank goodness this rotten thing was free when I ordered the mattress topper! From the minute I unpacked it I thought it was horrible. Specifically...it smelled vile! I called Customer Service to inquire about a replacement but because it was "free" it could not be replaced. The CS representative told me to "knead" the pillow for several minutes repeatedly and the smell would go away eventually. I did this and it did lessen but it still smelled like old cigarette smoke. In the end I gave it away to someone who said they wanted to try it! Good luck with that. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy this. Plus, it was like a rock...a smelly rock! YUCK.

This is the most amazing pillow ever! I had severe neck and back pain along with sinus headaches daily, once I received my pillow, I noticed the difference the very first night I slept on it! I awoke the next morning feeling refreshed, energized and the headaches, back and neck pain are all in the past! Thank you for such an amazing pillow!

I bought this pillow under the impression that it was the same as a pillow I had years ago. I tried it out for a night and discovered that it was not as firm as I would have liked. I contacted customer support and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Therefore, when buying a pillow here make sure it the exact pillow you want, because even during a pandemic when showrooms are closed there is a zero return policy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a couple of nights to get used to the firmness of the Tempur-Cloud Pillow--after sleeping on a down-filled (I know, shameful!) one for a long time. When I woke up on that third morning of having slept on the firmer pillow, and throughout the day and days to follow, I noticed that allergies were much less bothersome (and now, a year later) not a bother whatsoever and that my head was clearer--even before a mug of coffee, the former, usual fuzziness was gone. What a positive difference it has made in my physical (no more neck ache of a morning) and mental states to have adopted this pillow as a constant in my sleep life. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I bought this for my brother. Ironic I got this. I just spoke with him last evening. He really likes it! He has only good things to say. I myself have purchased the side and back pillow . It took me a good week and a half to get use to it!, but now I will say I am sleeping better so much better and with a bunch of self message rubbing out the knot I feel much relief. I actually don't show up for this purchase because I got mine with the buy one get one and my friend made the purchase. So we 3 are all very satisfied!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are okay overall, but not great. I was expecting something much more supportive from tempur-pedic, especially at the price point. The first few nights with them were very difficult as it felt like my head went straight to the mattress compared to the firmer pillow I had been using before. However, after getting used to them, I like them a little better better. Still not quite the support I need, but not too bad. I think the next level up of firmness would be better for us, but since we can't return and these are expensive, we're going to use them for the time being.

I bought these pillows to try out and found that they are the best pillows I have ever had. Then I had my girlfriend try them and she absolutely loves them. They conform to the shape of your head and stay that way. They are super comfortable and if they ever wear out I will definitely buy them again! Try them, I don't think you will be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product behaved just as I thought. Soft, sound support. What was hard to adjust to , was the weight of the pillow. I believe it's the biggest barrier for those such as myself to just fall in love with the pillow from the beginning. That said , the weight contributes to the integrity of the pillow for sleeping.
