a bit too soft and no firmness at all

Love this pillow!

I bought this and the adjustable pillow. Not sure about the adjustable one yet but this one is fantastic. It’s a little thin for side sleepers but I prop it on top of another pillow and it’s perfect. Gonna buy a king sized one next.

These Tempur cloud pillows are some of the best and most comfortable pillows I have owned. My neck feels supported. I sleep better. I highly recommend these.

I switch between the Tempur-neck pillow and the Tempur-Cloud pillow. The cloud pillow really feels like a cloud! It's a little high for me, a petite person.

I needed something supportive of my neck that was still soft enough to be comfortable. Most of the pillows I've tried are too hard and not snuggly. Nice to be able to turn my neck from side to side without pain the next morning!

This pillow is the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever bought. It goes flat immediately and gives no support whatsoever. I unwrap it and tried it on and not even 5 min and I knew it just wasn’t for me. This pillow is going back.

I bought this same pillow ~7 years ago and finally had to replace it because it started losing some of its structure and becoming thinner and less fluffy. The new pillow I got almost feels exactly like the old one so I believe there's less material which is really disappointing. It's comfortable but way too thin.
