I bought this, as a side sleeper, because of the product description and reviews. My concern with the pillow is that it becomes too thin as the foam becomes depressed, making it not very comfortable to sleep on. I end up having to pile another pillow on top of it to sleep on my side, which I believe defeats the purpose.

I purchased this as part of a BOGO offering a while back. The Tempur Cloud pillow comes in vacuum sealed packaging, but when I was unhappy with the item I actually tried, I thought I would see if I can return this unused pillow to avoid the excess. Turns out they will not accept any pillow in original packaging unless it is defective. I think that is ridiculous considering how nicely sealed this pillow is. To clarify, I am not trying to return the pillow I actually tried. I just expected better from them as a seller

Using these pillows has helped me to sleep through the night without waking up with neck pain. I have had both knees replaced so one pillow goes between my knees and this combination has allowed me to sleep better than I have in a long time.

I'm on the petite size and sleep on my back. They're a little shallow in depth. For me, it works, but I could see it being a little odd for those a bit bigger.

This pillow wasn't as contouring to my neckline as I was hoping it would be. While it is somehow both a soft and dense memory-foam type material, I didn't find it to be comfortable at all. I gave this pillow a try for about a week, and every morning I woke up with pain in my neck.

The pillow was too flat after I put mu head on it, and it gave me neck pain. I wanted to change it to a more firm pillow, but they told me in customer service that their policy does not allow to return. I'm very disappointed because now I have 2 pillows that neither my husband nor I can use them. The pillow is horrible, very flat and I can't use it. I wish I new that there were no returns or exchanges before I bought them. The policy was not available to me before I bought them.
