It did have a little bit of a scent from being packaged but we set our pillows out and it dissipated in about two days.

It is soft yet not too soft in a magical way. I always have the best night sleep and wake up without any neck pain. I also love how cool it is; I never wake up in the middle of the night. My only complaint is the weight of Tempur-pedic pillows that make them difficult to travel with, but I'd choose years of good sleep over easy transport any day.

I can tell you that quality of materials that custom to your neck are awesome and unique compared to other brands. Have superior quality and comfort.

It's like a million tiny baby clouds decided they wanted to cradle my neck and give me support through the night! I spent some time saving up and excited about these pillows, and i've tried to like it and i gave it a couple nights but they are tooooo soft like it almost feels like i wasted my hard earned saved money. i woke up with shoulder pain days in a row. I tried to email to see if there was anything at all we can do and they said no. so im never purchasing from them again, but trust it when it says soft cause it is extremely. you would just expect alittle better quality from tempurpedic but its fine and for those who prefer really soft- this is for you.

Does not work well for side sleepers of any size! My husband is taller and I'm more petite. We both bought brand new cloud pillows from the website and they are way too soft. It's like sleeping without a pillow. I wake up every morning with a stiff neck. Tempurpedic offers no returns or exchanges on their expensive pillows. If you don't live by a store, there is no way to try the pillows out until you actually receive them at your door. Maybe ours were defective. Either way, I don't recommend wasting your money on these flimsy pillows.
