[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an excellent quality pillow, and I can tell it will last a long, long time; but for the way I lay on my side-to-front almost flat, it tries to smother me. I have to move my head to the very edge of the pillow so that it doesn't obstruct breathing through my nostril on the underside. For someone who sleeps on their back or on their side proper, it would be an excellent choice.

The headline sums it up nicely. This pillow should come with a warning that it may be TOO HEAVY for seniors to lift!! Also, it's way too large for a standard pillow and a twin bed. And lastly, it has little to no support for your neck and head. I don't understand how they can make such amazingly comfortable mattresses but just can't get it right when it comes to pillows. And I think it's a travesty that Tempur-Pedic doesn't offer any sort of time-based guarantee of satisfaction for their pillows like most customer-focused companies do. I knew within two days that this pillow would never work out for my needs but had little recourse except to toss it in the trash and call it a loss. Buying this pillow was a complete waste of money for me! Love their mattresses; hate their pillows.

I chose these because I tend to switch positions a lot, and these seemed like they worked well for both side sleepers and back sleepers (which I am both). These have improved the neck pain I was constantly waking up with with my old pillows.

I am able to nestle my head in the pillow with my shoulders snuggled up to the edge thus supporting my neck and cutting way back on the headaches. It is so nice to wake up and be able to move my head without stabbing pains!

We have gone through so many different brands and types of pillows but none of them gave us a good night sleep. I ordered two Cloud pillows and when we first laid our heads on them it was unbelievable! It really feels like sleeping on a cloud LOL. We love how it is incredibly soft, perfectly shapes around your head and supports your head and neck. Before I would wake up with neck cramps or wake up in the middle of the night constantly adjusting my pillow and position, but now I don't have to anymore. We also love it's versatility. I am a side sleeper and my boyfriend is a back, sometimes stomach sleeper and we are both enjoying our new pillow so much. 10/10 would recommend!

We bought the cloud mattress and pillows and they have slept soundly and woken up refreshed and HAPPY every morning since we switched to Tempurpedic. I would absolutely buy these again and maybe it is time for Mom & Dad to treat themselves with a peaceful night's sleep with a new mattress!
