I ordered this pillow thinking it would be a great pillow. I was wrong, and felt it was uncomfortable, and has no support. I called to see about returning, or exchanging the pillow. Unfortunately I didn't read the NO RETURN Policy. This pillow definitely did not change my life. If anything I am highly upset knowing I spent all this money on something I will never use. It's unfortunate they won't even let you exchange to try a different product. Lesson well learned

Love my pillow I got it free with my mattress topper! Very comfortable some people were saying how the pillow had chemical smell, it did have a mild smell but it went away in a few hours after I took it out of the packaging! And I just love how soft it is

They're soft, yet firm and haven't given way after night after night of folding, bending, and rotating. (I sleep with my pillow folding in half and move around a lot) My only issue is I ordered during a buy one, get one promotion. I was a bit confused about how the promotion worked, so I called customer support and was told all I needed to do was order one and the second would automatically ship with it. Turns out that was incorrect so I only received one pillow. To their credit, they did end up sending the second pillow at no charge but the time it took to receive both pillows was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall I highly recommend this product.

I borrowed it to my mother (60 years old) for a couple of days when she visited me and she is now getting her own. 4 stars because it is a little heavy.

I checked the Tempur-Pedic website for some new pillows and came across these, and figured I'd give them a shot... so glad I did. I can't remember the last time I slept so well. While we aren't sleeping through the night, having to tend to our child, I'm still getting the best sleep I've had in years. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for restoring my sanity! I bought this, as a side sleeper, because of the product description and reviews. My concern with the pillow is that it becomes too thin as the foam becomes depressed, making it not very comfortable to sleep on. I end up having to pile another pillow on top of it to sleep on my side, which I believe defeats the purpose.

I have a deviated septum, and I usually have to sleep with several pillows in an elevated position. But since using this pillow, I don't have to use as many pillows and I'm sleeping so much better.
