[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm petite and the pillow is a little too high for me. It has a nice soft feel and does collapse down a bit. I use it when I'm sick and laying on the couch and want to sit up higher. But on the bed it is too high.

I hate to say it but I don't like this pillow. I believed the hype but am sadly DISAPPOINTED! This pillow is entirely too flat and because of that, it does not support my neck causing my neck and shoulders to hurt worse. I strongly recommend if you are in the market for a neck supporting pillow that you disregard this one.

I have a physically demanding job and have found it hard to sleep some night. I came across a temperpedic ad about the cloud pillow. I had t changed my pillow in a few years but thought I'd give it a shot after reading the reviews. The Cloud pillow lived up to all the hype. I emmidelaty started seeing better sleep each night with the pillow. It combines the best support and comfort. I thought maybe it would be to soft or to firm but they really did get it right with this pillow. It was so great I bought the kids pillows as well. So now everyone in the house is sleeping on a cloud every night.

It was the perfect "cotton" anniversary gift, and having purchased two, now I know why he loved his pillow so much! We love our new pillows- but will be purchasing more soon for our new king size bed! Tempurpedic continues to makes a quality product that ensures a great night sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A while back, I received an email for Tempur-Cloud Pillows and thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. They are very comfortable and hold their shape better than any pillow I have ever had.

While my Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt Firm mattress rates high marks, these pillows don't. One of the zippered slip covers ripped upon first washing and they continue to emit an unpleasant odor even though I've aired them out for days on end. They're comfortable to sleep on, the size is right, but they leave much to be desired. If TP were to offer the same size pillows with improved components, I might take a second chance. Accent on might.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great for side and back sleepers. It supports the curve in your neck where it's most important. Above all, it can breathe. In the hot, humid days, it still makes sure that the airflow is cool and consistent. It has made my life so much better by allowing me to sleep through the night without tossing or turning.

I have never written a review, but felt compelled to write one on this pillow. If I didn't know better I would think it was defective. I'm a stomach sleeper who tosses at night and this pillow goes/stays completely flat when your head is on it. It's as if you don't even have a pillow under your head. Honestly I am completely shocked that anyone would give it more than 1 star, and even that would be generous. With a "no return policy", it was a complete waste of $. I also purchased the symphony pillow with the same result... I recommend not buying either pillow... Trust the 1 star reviews....we all have had the same result.

I had bad neck issues and painful migraines which were chain reactions to one another caused by a bad pillow. Since switching to the cloud pillow 6 months ago, I haven't had a single neck issue or migraine caused by sleep position. In fact I've had the best nights sleep and wake up feeling rested. This pillow has been a life saver, and I highly recommend it.
