I've been using these pillows for almost a year now and I cannot imagine being without them. I've even taken one traveling with me which took up half a suitcase...lol. I guess I need to invest in a travel size. Anyway, I've read a couple reviews I'd like to address. 1. A bad smell. I experienced the same thing. However, I was able to get rid of it by washing the covers twice and using Febreeze twice letting the pillows fully air out each time. No problems since. I also bought bamboo pillow covers that are super soft, hypoallergenic and protect the pillow & it's cover even more. 2. Stating the pillow is hard as a brick. I experienced this as well, but it was only a matter of getting used to the pillow. They are firm, yes...but they gradually form to your head/neck shape and become wonderfully comfortable. Give it a chance to impress you. The only draw back I've had is they run a little smaller than traditional standard queen pillows and some pillowcases are too big.

I am so unhappy with these pillows. No support. Woke up constantly with sore neck and back. Had high hopes for such a big company to provide a great product but that is not the case. Then why I thought for sure a company like this would have a great return policy and I'd be able to return the product for a refund....NOPE! They won't take it back and won't do anything. Now I am out over $90 for two pillows that I will NOT be using. I've only had the pillows for about 2.5 months and still they will not do anything for the fact that I am unhappy with this product. I tried chatting with customer service, and all I got was "Sorry for that but we don't return pillows." LAME!! Terrible Customer Service and Satisfaction Policy. You would think with a company this big that would be okay with giving someone back almost $100 so that maybe that would be open to try again with someone else or other products. With this experience there is No way I will be coming back to try anything else, and I will be posting all over social media to let people know that this company DO NOT CARE and will just keep your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a cloud pillow years ago that was perfect. I was hoping to replace it but it seems they have made the pillow softer. Sad that I can't replace my old Cloud pillow! If you like a softer pillow, this is a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knocks on most memory foam-based sleep products are that you sink in too deeply, and that they disturb sleep by heating up. Based on my experience so far with this pillow, Tempur-Pedic keeps its promise of resolving both of these issues. I find that the pillow gives very good support, and my head's "depth" in the pillow is, as far as I can tell, the same when I wake up as it was when I fell asleep. As for temperature, it is exactly what it promises to be - temperature neutral. In other words, it neither feels strongly cool (which I don't need, since my body runs cool generally) nor heats up uncomfortably through the night. It is simply pleasant and natural-feeling. Now, if you really want a strongly cooling pillow, you'd probably be happier with one of the Breeze Tempur-Pedic pillows, but if what you're after is durability and through-the-night support in a pillow that is stimuli-neutral with respect to temperature, you'll be quite happy with the Tempur-Cloud, as I am. As one last note, I do supplement my Tempur-Cloud pillow with a very thin older pillow underneath it, but I have an unusually long neck. One option would be to get an extra-thick pillow, but I prefer to get standard thickness pillows and customize the height to my needs. In any case, if your neck is in the normal length range, you will likely find the thickness of the standard Tempur-Cloud to be ideal.

I got the cloud pillow which is a very nice pillow, quality made, but i would not say it can be used for stomach sleepers. I thought it would be nice because it is universal as far as positions go but when i sleep on my stomach it is just too much pillow. I was expecting a lot more for the price.

I've only had them for a few months but they've lasted a lot longer than other pillows I've had too, which says a lot. They are amazing quality as well. The texture and feel is very different from other pillows I've had. They were a bit pricey but it was worth it.

These pillows have single handedly given my girlfriend and i the much needed rest we deserve! She suffers from chronic neck and back pain. Her sleep is better than ever, and so is much of the pain she develops while sleeping on traditional pillows. I have always had a hard time getting to sleep. I usually toss and turn, frequently waking up when doing so. With this pillow, i get to sleep fast, stay still, and get a full rested sleep. Thank you from the both of us.

My sleep was interrupted and I felt tired all the time. Additionally we had a cheap memory foam topper someone had given us years ago and we were hot all night long. Some mornings I woke up drenched. It was miserable. Some aspects of the memory foam we liked though and so I started researching different toppers. Our thinking was if we could find a topper we liked we could try before buying an expensive mattress. My research led me to Tempur-Pedic. I read about how it controlled body temperature and eased joint pain. We decided to try it, although I did not believe it would keep me cool. But it absolutely does!! Everything I read is true. My hips no longer ache and neither my husband nor I sweat all night long!! Best part, I am getting better sleep now! We love our topper and are ready to purchase the mattress!! I recommend anyone give it a try!! We love ours.

My first TempurPedic pillow and there's no going back. I usually suffer neck pains and had to visit a chiropractor weekly; this is perfect for me. I love to sleep on my stomach, and then I usually change positions through the night to back position and sometimes side. Soft and yet a bit firm, my head sinks easily and my neck is comfortably supported. When on my side, my head sinks in and my neck feels slightly unaligned and I'm average build, but I bought this knowing I sleep mostly on my stomach and back so I don't mind. Thank you!

My girlfriend loves it too she makes me bring the pillows over her apartment when I sleep over so she can lay on one too :-p!
