[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not expect how comfortable these were going to be. I'm sleeping much better. It honestly makes me want to sleep longer because of how comfortable these pillows are. I got two of them and I don't know how I can go back to regular pillows.

I so wanted to love this pillow and end my search for a pillow that did not leave me with a stiff neck and dull headache every morning. Unfortunately, it was not to be. I have longed for a Tempur=pedic bed for as long as they have been on the market but they are way out of my price range. I have arthritis everywhere I have a bone. For the past few years I've been trying to replace a pillow that I've had for about 20 years...so long I can't even wash it anymore for fear it will disintegrate. I was so hopeful this would be the one but it is too much pillow for me. Maybe I should have bought the travel pillow but since I can't return what I already bought I can't chance losing any more money. I will continue my search buying pillows from places that allow returns and hope one day I will get lucky. Such a shame because the Tempur-pedic material is a dream to the touch. I still recommend this product as the problem is that I'm too small to use this large a pillow.

We've been on the hunt for a pillow for years that is soft and cozy but doesn't go flat after 20 minutes. We have finally found the perect pillow that offers the perfect amount of support and feels like you're laying on a cloud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two, one for my wife and another for myself. My wife is a back/side sleeper and she is very happy with this pillow. I am a side/stomach sleeper and felt that this a bit firm/high for stomach sleeping. Would say best for back sleepers and ok for side sleepers but may be not for stomach sleepers.

After about a week, the pillow became very soft, my head basically sinks to the mattress after about 3 seconds. If you like soft pillows I would still recommend it, I need something a little more firm.

I bought two pillows and just received them. One of them is the neck pillow. IT IS FIRM LIKE A ROCK. I called to ask for an exchange or replacement or return and they refuse to do so despite the fact it its in the same bag and unopened and unused. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It should be illegal. They are literally stealing from clients. Im never buying any of their products.

I have slept on them for about a week. I absolutely recommend them 100%! I am a back and stomach sleeper and they are perfect. Just the right amount of softness and support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in LOVE with this pillow the very first time I used it ... it's super soft and plush and squishy BUT ALSO incredibly supportive -- you sink into the Cloud pillow but not all the way, so you have a "floating head" experience of sorts, which totally rocks my world. This pillow is SO cozy and SO comfortable ... it has changed the way I view pillows, essentially. BEST. PILLOW. OF. ALL. TIME!!

I don't experience neck pain like I did with my old pillows. I sleep through the night comfortably. Overall a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are very nice quality. You can tell they will hold up for a long time! They are comfortable, form to your head and do not feel "dull." The only problem I have is I am short, so the pillow feels like it sits high for my neck. It gets more comfortable after my head flattens it a bit after forming but at first my neck feels on an angle.
