My mom has the same exact pillow but maybe 2 years old and I had the best sleep on it - so supportive and comfortable! But the one I have gets so flat as soon as you lay your head on it, it's terrible! I can't use it on its own, I have to put it on top of another pillow... super disappointed overall because the reviews seemed great. I doubt it's "bad batch," maybe they just changed it? I don't know but for sure couldn't recommend

I have purchased 2 sets of these exact pillows. The first set was amazing, I absolutely love them. Purchased a second set for a second home and they are not the same and awful. They go completely flat when laying on them and give zero pillow support. I contacted customer support and they said there's nothing wrong with them since they are not visibly damaged and they will not warranty them. I very politely disagreed with them with an explanation and was told again they do not find any issues, will not replace them and it is a comfort preference. These pillows are too expensive for the risk of them being completely defective with no return or warranty option unless they have a visible tear or damage.

When it arrived I was sure it would not be okay, but I tried it and slept better than I have in a long time. I ordered more to be sure I will have one to sleep on when family visit.

I wasn't sure I would like this pillow when I first got it. It's the heaviest pillow I've ever felt. It's not at all like the lightweight polyester fill pillows I've slept on for years and years. After having slept on the cloud pillows for a few days now, I find I really do like them. It's a wonderful feeling when my head sinks into the pillow. So far I have not experienced any back or neck pains after sleeping. I don't want to say anything negative about the pillows because I do like them very much, but to be honest I did notice an unusual odor to the pillows when I took them out of the box. The odor seems to have disappeared since then. The pillows were very well packaged when I received them. Each of them were in sealed in plastic bags inside a box.

I sat on the form mattress during orientation, brick is the best way to discribe it. Then I saw tempurpedic made toppers, no hesitation in my order. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical to purchase. I've purchased other expensive pillows, they were replaced with $10.00 pillows from a department store. This one will NOT be replaced any time soon. I no longer flip my pillow 5 times a night. I'm mostly a side sleeper but lay on my back at times, both positions are very comfortable. I would buy another one.
