[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited because of the great reviews. I expected it to be fluffy, and it is but it goes straight to flat when laying on it. Which is what my previous pillow was doing so it caused me more neckpain :( its too much to ship back so I am really sad and disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me say that this is an exceptional pillow compared to other options out there even at the price-point. However, although the memory foam is extremely cozy, when I sleep on my stomach it feels a bit too firm. Overall its perfect for lounging or side sleeping.

I bought this, as a side sleeper, because of the product description and reviews. My concern with the pillow is that it becomes too thin as the foam becomes depressed, making it not very comfortable to sleep on. I end up having to pile another pillow on top of it to sleep on my side, which I believe defeats the purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quality and shape for neck support when sleeping on my side and back. Very comfortable! I only wish it was filled a little more. I need my arm underneath it for it to be the perfect height for me.

I went to a dermatologists and he said I had Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH) on my ear. He suggested I look at Tempur-pedic pillows or other pillows made for that condition (pillows with a hole for your ear). I went with Tempur-pedic and I have been very happy. The pain is gone and I have been sleeping much better and longer than I used to.

I thought that the pillow would keep its shape longer, but similar to other pillows it has already begun to flatten out after just a few months of use. This is a typical problem I have with pillows being a larger guy. I will continue to look for a better pillow for my needs.

I'm a side sleeper my husband is a back sleeper and it works perfect for both of us. I also use it for my at home office chair and it has solved many back issues I've had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, It is an alright product. I feel neck pain sometimes when using it. Not really recommend if you have neck pain issue. Tempur-neck pillow should be a better option for you. I do not really the good quality of this. After 1 year using, there are a lot of wear and tear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow cradles my head in softness and comfort. I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders which tend to cause headaches. I am able to nestle my head in the pillow with my shoulders snuggled up to the edge thus supporting my neck and cutting way back on the headaches. It is so nice to wake up and be able to move my head without stabbing pains!

I bought two of these pillows and hoped for a life-changing sleep. However, I was not super impressed. I sleep on my side/back and this pillow just seemed to get too flat too quickly and take a few minutes to plump back up again. I don't use these pillows as my main sleeping pillows, and not sure I would recommend for someone who likes neck support while sleeping.
