[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is so soft and it keeps its shape! I wish it was a little higher for me, I am a side sleeper and it kind of does go down quite a bit because of how soft it is but somehow I make it work.

It's been about a month of use and I've slept better and have not had any neck pain or discomfort unlike with my previous pillows. It does have a smell but tolerable and now diminishing.

Over the holiday season plenty of family visited and all commented on wanting to purchase their own tempur-cloud pillow after having stayed with us. These pillows were a great purchase.

I should have checked the return policy. What a shame that this company doesn't stand by its product. This pillow smells awful and my neck feels very unsupported. I have had a headache each morning since using it the past three nights. What a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing pillow! Just like our other Tempurpedic pillows, it is super comfortable and great quality. It looked thinner than I was expecting, but it doesn't feel thin at all and it isn't hot to sleep against. I absolutely love it!!

I bought this pillow in December '22 and still have it as my favorite pillow I use. I bought a second one in June '23 and the new pillow has zero support and hardly holds my head up. I'm not sure how they changed so quickly, but for how expensive these are I am bummed. The new one fully flattens at the slightest bit of pressure

I read the reviews of the Tempur-Cloud pillow and decided to get two for them. WOW! The softness and comfort was perfect! My husband is able to scrunch that pillow as he likes to do with his pillows. My son loves the plush soft feel. It's a very soothing feeling sleeping on the Tempur-cloud pillow. I'm planning to buy more for myself and for the guest bedroom.
