[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow has greatly improved my sleep. I now wake up feeling refreshed and energized. I used to wake up with some pain and stiffness in my shoulders but after sleeping with this pillow I am pain free.

This pillow is great because I mostly sleep on my back but, I do transition to my side and it'd be nice to have a little more support for that. First time tempur-pedic pillow user and it's pretty nice. Using this pillow has helped reduce the amount of neck and back pain I've experienced through the years with other pillows, it's a great comfort, I am considering a bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While definitely well made this pillow isn't for everyone. What makes it more of a specialty pillow is its shape. It's uniquely designed and allows relatively cool. However it's relatively flat. More height and rise would make it ideal for stomach, back, and side sleepers. As it is designed it is more for a certain type of back sleeper.

This pillow wasn't as contouring to my neckline as I was hoping it would be. While it is somehow both a soft and dense memory-foam type material, I didn't find it to be comfortable at all. I gave this pillow a try for about a week, and every morning I woke up with pain in my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow only takes a couple nights to break in, then I've had some of the deepest sleep I've experienced in years. The soft foam cradles your head and pushes on the part of the brain that creates wild dreams, a sign you're in deep sleep. I'll buy another one when it's time to replace this one.

Inflammation from arthritis in my C-Spine has been greatly reduced and I no longer have tension headaches! I live a much happier life and am now a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer forever!

I'd been accustomed to buying cheap pillows my whole life, so although the price point of the cloud seemed pretty high, I knew I needed to try something! Whether it's a backrest, a head cushion, or side support pillow the cloud has out done anything else I've tried from any place. My head and my neck felt very supported and cradled in a amazing way. I suffer from pretty serious scoliosis and the support of the pillow with the tempur mattress pad was super comfortable because it cradled and supported my neck and back so well that I have been having the best nights sleep in a long time.
