The quality for the price can't be beat, first night using them I was able to get a full nights rest and did not wake up with annoying neck/shoulder pain. As mentioned in reviews and videos this pillow is not ideal for side sleepers. I tend to move around a lot at night and when I find myself side sleeping the pillow does not feel as comfortable. Other than that instance the pillow purchase has been great!

They are not too flat, not too puffy, just perfect! Plus they come with a cover so they are easy to wash. No downsides.

I actually have a closet full of other pillows that were purchased, but didn't feel comfortable. The Cloud pillow is soft enough so it doesn't cause discomfort, but provides great support for my neck. I sleep on both my side and my back, and the pillow is comfortable either way. I'm on my second Cloud pillow, as the first one began to lose it's "oomph" after several years of use. When it came time to purchase another pillow, there was no question that it would be another Cloud.
