Our whole family loves this pillow! We originally ordered two, one for me and one for my husband. Our kids (3 & 5) kept stealing them because they love them so much?! I ended up sleeping on their pillows half of the time. We ordered two more pillows recently and now we all have the best pillow around. We are very satisfied with our purchases..

Used this pillow for years and there has clearly been a design change as I have had to replace yearly previously and now this pillow I worse than sleeping without a pillow as it is so flat when you lay your head on it. Zero support and zero return policy even if completely unopened (purchased 2).

I bought two Tempur-Cloud pillows as part of a bundle with a purchase of a Tempur-Pedic pillow. I intended it to be an extra pillow used on occasion. Even though I've had many Tempur-Pedic pillows in the past, the one I purchased this time was uncomfortable. I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow as a substitute. It is now my regular sleeping pillow. I like that the Tempur-Cloud firmness is softer - still supportive, but squishier than the too-firm Tempur-Pedic. In a perfect world, I'd love a pillow made of the same materials as a Tempur-Cloud (with the squishy soft texture) but in the curved profile like a Tempur-Pedic pillow. That would be awesome!

We were planning for him to visit during Christmas, but he was hesitant because he didn't want to leave his new pillow because he gets such a great sleep on it. He takes the train from New York, so he really couldn't bring his so I told him I would buy two pillows for our guest room that he could use when he visited. He agreed to come home for Christmas. Meanwhile, I had guests stay over and they got to use the new pillows first. They loved them and wanted to know where I got them. So of course, after they left, I had to try them out. Well I loved them so much that I bought two more for myself! We are a very happy family thanks to Tempur-Pedic!

I am a side sleeper and it's a little flat for side-sleeping in my opinion. My partner sleeps on his back and really likes it though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are bulky and awkward. I can't use them for the purpose of sleeping, because they cause my head to lift far above my shoulders and it's just uncomfortable. I probably should have returned them.

While the pillow feels nice overall, it pretty high, and the responsiveness of the material is too low (not allowing your head to be properly positioned). I was hoping this pillow would provide excellent comfort and support but it's mediocre. It feels like many other pillows just more expensive.

I've spoken with two people at your company and they refused to take these back. If there's anyway you can help me please let me know I would love to exchange them for something more firm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft, memory responsive pillow, that your head and neck will sink into but still give some support. Good for someone that doesn't want a firm pillow but wants a pillow that softly cradles the neck and head.

I have had 2 Symphony pillows. The first was the very best, nice & firm, cool, lasted years (until my dog chewed it). My second Symphony pillow around 2017 featured a new cover but it felt cheaper, softer than the original. This time I got the great 2/$99 price on the Cloud pillows which are fine, but too soft, hotter than I prefer, I find myself turn it to the "cool" side often. At this time, I am sleeping on what's left of the original Symphony pillow, as this was the absolute best one I've had the pleasure to own. I love the Tempur-Pedic brand, but it seems to have "softened" over the years which makes me sad! Bring back the ORIGINAL Symphony for us side sleepers!! Although it is not MY preferred type, the Cloud is a decent buy especially at the bundled price!
