I was having neck pain prior to ordering this well now less neck pain but have started having back pain and I wonder if the pillow is causing it. This pillow is too hard for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow was too thick for my neck and caused pain. Bought two and didn't open or remove from the box. Tempur-pedic would not allow me to return the unopened pillow. I am stuck with two that I cannot use. Will have to go elsewhere or cut one of the pillows in half length-wise and see if I can manage to use it that way. Very disappointed that the unopened pillow could not be returned for the more expensive fillable and adjustable pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good feel right from the start. Great quality, come with pillow protection and feels as good as my tempur-pedic bed. In fact I just received the topper I had ordered for my daughter (for convertible couch) and it's wonderful and so comfortable!

I bought these pillows to try out and found that they are the best pillows I have ever had. Then I had my girlfriend try them and she absolutely loves them. They conform to the shape of your head and stay that way. They are super comfortable and if they ever wear out I will definitely buy them again! Try them, I don't think you will be disappointed.
