I own 4 of these pillows.. well correction I owned 4.. I bought the bogo pack, they were the best pillow ever. So good, my 9 year old son took one. So I decided to order another set. That's when my girlfriend tried one and fell in love with it. So needless to say I currently own 2. They're great pillows, great quality. 10/10 would recommend.

Prior to using the cloud pillow I was diagnosed with arthritis in the neck causing constant pain on the right side of my neck. There was no treatment for this and I could only use pain medication if the pain was too much. After only 2-3 days using the pillow my neck pain decreased dramatically and I am now about pain free. The pillow is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I'n the beginning it wasn't all that great it felt not as soft and comfortable as I thought it was gonna be but after using it everyday it started to get more soft and comfortable it just takes a while for it to really feel comfortable well at least for me Now for the heat part the pillow is a hot pillow it would of been nice if it was a cooling pillow but it's not so if you don't sleep with a fan hitting you or your room is to hot I don't recommend unless you don't mind and get use to it like me

My wife and I have had tempur pedic pillows for a while and love them so we decided to get them for the kids. This pillow feels just as good as our others, but was much less expensive. The kids are comfortable and I didn't break the bank.

I wouldn't buy him a bed, but I did get him a pillow for Christmas!! He keeps asking me if he can take mine!! Christmas needs to get here quickly-LOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Tempurpedic beds and pillows for 20 years. I recently needed a new pillow and thought this one was most like the ones I have owned in the past. I purchased two, one for my husband and one for me. This thing is flat. There is no support at all. Your head immediately sinks to the bottom of the mattress. I'm a small women (5'4, 124 lbs) and my head falls through. My husband complained the first night. Tempurpedic has no returns on pillows, so we are stuck with them. I'm incredibly disappointed. I won't be purchasing another Tempurpedic pillow. Instead I am trying another company that offers returns. It's unfortunate because I have loved all my other Temperpedic purchases.

I google and searched for good pillows and I read the reviews, they were all great reviews and pushed into purchasing a set. Best decision I've ever made...my neck pain has eased up a little and it's much much better than before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having severe neck muscle tightness. I haven't had any issues after sleeping on this pillow. It was difficult getting use to a harder pillow that conforms to your head than a soft regular pillow at first. It's pretty comfortable now that I have gotten use to it. I would recommend this pillow for anyone that has any neck issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't use these pillows. I got the buy one get one free but they're still too expensive for having absolutely no support. They go flat almost immediately after laying your head on them. Doesn't matter which position you sleep in either. Returns aren't allowed on pillows here which is kind of lame. Everywhere else will allow pillow returns. Not going to buy from here anymore. Especially 'personal items'

The pillow is beautiful and obviously good quality. Both my wife and I thought it was too hard and not comfortable. When you first lay on it it feels good. A few hours later it actually was hurting my head. A pillow is a very personal opinion. I don't think anyone should buy or not buy based on a review. It may be right for you.
