[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you don't want a pillow that keeps its shape and holds your head in place, this isn't the pillow for you. It's firm but it molds to the shape of your head and neck perfectly with a little breaking in. I never have to reform the shape as it holds so well. But it did take some getting used to not coming from so firm a pillow.

They are comfortable, form to your head and do not feel "dull." The only problem I have is I am short, so the pillow feels like it sits high for my neck. It gets more comfortable after my head flattens it a bit after forming but at first my neck feels on an angle.

I would get frequent pains in the back of my head and neck frequently, but since using this pillow, I no longer get these pains and I sleep much better at night. I wish I would have discovered this pillow sooner. I highly recommend it and would purchase it again. I purchased four Tempur-Cloud pillows as gifts last Christmas and a pair for me. They were such a big hit that families members that recieved the pillow ordered more for themselves. I had used the neck pillows prior to purchasing the Tempur-Cloud. This one beats them all and I have found works great for every position and the "cool side" is always up!! I am going to order another pair soon for other beds in the house!

I like my head low when I sleep and didn't want a high pillow that would make my neck hurt. When my head touches the pillow I'm already in the clouds.

These pillows have been with me for about 6 months and they still feel brand new. I fall asleep really easily with them. There is no need to get comfortable and readjust. You can keep buying $20-30 pillows and replace them every couple months, or buy one of these and keep it for years.
