They fit you head and shoulders/neck exactly how you want them to shape into them. I do not have any back, shoulder, or neck issues. I'm a fairly good sleeper, so these pillows are just the cherry on top.

I love how soft the pillow feels while still supporting my neck at night. My husband and I both use one now, as it works for stomach sleepers like him and back sleepers like me. If you are seeking a pillow without the firmness, this would be a great choice for you. The customer support was great when I called in regarding a discoloration on the pillow.

But if you are a side or stomach sleeper, you will wake up in the middle of the night with ear aches. The pillow is hard and has no give for soft services like the side of your head. I now sleep with this between my legs.
