[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knocks on most memory foam-based sleep products are that you sink in too deeply, and that they disturb sleep by heating up. Based on my experience so far with this pillow, Tempur-Pedic keeps its promise of resolving both of these issues. I find that the pillow gives very good support, and my head's "depth" in the pillow is, as far as I can tell, the same when I wake up as it was when I fell asleep. As for temperature, it is exactly what it promises to be - temperature neutral. In other words, it neither feels strongly cool (which I don't need, since my body runs cool generally) nor heats up uncomfortably through the night. It is simply pleasant and natural-feeling. Now, if you really want a strongly cooling pillow, you'd probably be happier with one of the Breeze Tempur-Pedic pillows, but if what you're after is durability and through-the-night support in a pillow that is stimuli-neutral with respect to temperature, you'll be quite happy with the Tempur-Cloud, as I am. As one last note, I do supplement my Tempur-Cloud pillow with a very thin older pillow underneath it, but I have an unusually long neck. One option would be to get an extra-thick pillow, but I prefer to get standard thickness pillows and customize the height to my needs. In any case, if your neck is in the normal length range, you will likely find the thickness of the standard Tempur-Cloud to be ideal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Temper Coud matress set and pillows it's been a life saver for me, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I can not sleep on any other matress but this. It eleviates my bone pain and the pillows I have are the Symphonic they prevent my horrific headaches. I would never give up my bed nor pillows would love a net set of both! Mine is quite old!

Now, I am looking into getting a mattress. I sleep faster, sleep longer, and actually dreaming! I seriously cannot believe that. I chose these because I tend to switch positions a lot, and these seemed like they worked well for both side sleepers and back sleepers (which I am both). These have improved the neck pain I was constantly waking up with with my old pillows.

I've tried lesser known brands but nothing seems to work like this. A happy back sleeper recommends it to anyone who currently has a pillow that causes them neck aches in the morning.
