[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is, by far, the most comfortable pillow I have had. My neck used to hurt, my head used to hurt. I used to wake up in the middle of the night tired. Not anymore, thanks to Tempur pedic! This pillow took all worries away from the night one. I am buying another set for sure for my kids as well.

We have always bought mediocre pillows. I started having neck pain and knew it was time for new pillows. I wasn't even sure where to begin! I looked at these pillows and they are considered a transition pillow, soft yet supportive. We absolutely LOVE them!!!! My quality of sleep has increased significantly!! Get you some!!!!

Not sure if I was just needing to adjust to the new pillow, but after those couple of days it has not happened again. Now I am sleeping great and not waking up as much as I use to during the night. Just wish it was a little bigger, but it's is a standard size.

We have owned Tempur-Pedic products previously, but have never owned the cloud pillows. We had a fire and had to replace our pillows and we're out of our Ike for 6 months. We Jared being home and we decided to replace the ones we had with these. They are nothing short of AMAZING! We are enjoying the comfort, the cushion and the sleep we now get and enjoy being back in our home! Thanks for creating such a wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two, my SO loved it but I just couldn't enjoy it. I guess my head is too heavy? For me when I lay on it the foam virtually flattens out. But, I seem to be the only one who's tried it here with the issue.

It sounds like these pillows work for a lot of people, but I was disappointed. I'm a smaller person and they are sort of just too bulky for me, it feels like my neck has to awkwardly reach up onto them. Also they came with a really weird smell that still hasn't gone away after a few months. I would prefer a flatter pillow that doesn't smell weird. Too bad they are not returnable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Tempur-pedic pillows are a dream come true. I no longer wake up with neck problems. My husband no longer awakens with headaches! I don't have stiffness in the afternoon and when I lay down at night, my head sinks softly into this pillow which gives me neck support all night. I would not recommend this pillow for a back sleeper or a stomach sleeper. It works best for someone who sleeps on either right or left side continuously through the night.

I got this pillow for myself after sleeping on a Tempur-Symphony for over 10 years. I was starting to have neck pain with my old pillow, so I decided it's high time I get a new one. This pillow is soft and has a nice thickness for me. Something I really like about it is that it's more box-shaped than the Symphony. Having that vertical edge feels like it does a better job of elevating my head to be in line with my spine. It does have a texture that my old Symphony didn't have, so that was something to get used to. I do think it would be better with a smooth surface, but it wasn't really difficult to get used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had taken a fall down a steep set of stairs, injuring my neck and shoulders. About a year later there was still a lot of residual pain. I had trouble finding a pain-free position in bed. This motivated my decision to make the purchase and it was a good choice; the pain disappeared within several days. I purchased one cloud pillow and one stomach sleeper pillow because I wasn't sure I wanted to risk purchasing two of your newest pillow design. I now know I would have been just as happy with two cloud pillows. I do have one complaint about the cloud pillow: It moves and gets bunched up inside the pillow case. This means removing the case, fluffing the pillow so it returns to its original shape, and replacing the case daily. It's a bit annoying, but the trade-off in comfort is well worth it. I have found that a slightly narrow pillow case helps to keep the pillow under control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very solid pillow, extremely solid sleep for a side sleeper, my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up anymore! I have several similar pillows from Serta but one nights sleep and you can really feel the quality difference in materials that Tempurpedic has.
