[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempurpedic pillow before and I loved it, but the cloud pillow is one step better in every way. No more neck pain and headaches. The pillow is just the right firm level and there isn't anything I don't love about it.

I love Tempur-pedic, but I am so disappointed in my most recent order of pillows. I checked the tag on a pillow that we purchased from a Tempur-pedic retailer and it said "Tempur-cloud," so that is what I ordered, but the ones that arrived are too soft. There must be other versions of "Cloud" not offered online or something. The new ones go flat and don't offer the all night support that I love about the original. My advice is to check out the pillow at an authorized retailer.

I had a Temperpedic pillow for 13 years and it was near the end of its life, so I took advantage of a deal on the Temperpedic site to buy a new one. It was depressingly thin and not supportive at all, compared to my old pillow. I wish I had tried it out in person before I purchased it. I love the hard rock type pillows and this one just didn't cut it for me. I'm sure it's just a different model than my old pillow, but I was definitely disappointed when I was so looking forward to my new pillow.

It perfectly conforms to both of our needs, and it has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my husband's snoring! I couldn't believe it! A comfortable pillow that ALSO helps breathing?! Amazing. We have even had friends purchase this pillow after hearing our success! I will keep spreading the glorious news of our best night's sleep.

I've always loved Tempurpedic mattresses and thought the pillows would be an easy win. This pillow sinks into a dense, shallow pad and it's uncomfortable in any sleeping position. With no returns and no exchanges, this purchase has been a pricey waste.

Sometimes I feel like I need to have another pillow underneath it to feel like I have support on my head.
