We are back and side sleepers and they work great for both. We have never slept soooooo good! Thank you Tempur -pedic for our mattress and pillows. Will never buy anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered myself and my husband one of these pillows with the hopes it would not go so flat as store bought pillows. However, I believe I ordered soft and should have ordered a more firm. This pillow does go flat when we lay on it. It does come right back to where it was but is flat while laying on it.

Tempurdic makes amazing beds but their Cloud pillows are at the other extreme. I purchased two about two months ago on the web. Unfortunately they flatten minutes after putting your head down. The pillows are heavy and appear to be some sort of memory foam but not what should be used for pillows. I may have just received a couple of bad ones - I strongly suggest you look/feel the pillows before purchase.

I found this pillow to be the most comfortable and supportive while laying on my back with the bed in an inclined position. My head sinks into the pillow quite a bit but the pillow provides just enough support so that my shoulders sink into the mattress naturally (when the base is on an incline). When the bed is completely flat, this pillow feels too soft. Also, I do not recommend this pillow for side sleepers since the pillow has more of a cloud-like super soft fluffy feel to it opposed to a memory foam feel. When I try sleeping on my side with this pillow, the alignment of my neck, head, and shoulders is not as good as it is with the Essential Support pillow. However, if you are primarily a back sleeper and you prefer to sleep on an incline, I highly recommend this pillow--especially if you want to feel the natural therapeutic benefits of the mattress without having the pillow conflict with it. (Please note that I use this pillow with the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Medium mattress and this review is subjective as the pillow can take on a totally different feel with various mattress styles/models in addition to personal preference).

I was so hopeful that this would be THE pillow. I had tried my daughter's Tempur-Pedic pillow while visiting and loved it. Unfortunately, she could not recall which one it was. I have neck and migraine issues and the Cloud is too thick. It puts my head and neck in an uncomfortable position creating strain on my neck.

I really like the pillow, it has helped me sleep. Plus i got it at a good price but idk if it's worth it. I bought two and both have a strong smell. It doesn't smell dirty. It's like a manufactured smell. I honestly can not describe it but it fills the room. I tried washing the pillow cover but it only helped slightly. It's defintley coming from the foam. I don't know how to get rid of the smell. I truly hope it wears off.

There is absolutely NO support whatsoever. Your head just sink into the pillow...WORSE pillow I've ever used. Too bad I can't return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pillows! They are supportive, yet squishy. Superb quality that will last for many years. I love down pillows, but they don't offer enough support, so I use one these under each of my down pillows as a "foundation" and it works like a dream!
