We own 3 different Tempur-pedic pillows: (1) a free set that came with the mattress, Those pillows are very fat and firm and we use them for reading. (2) We have an earlier version of the Cloud which is medium height and softer and if we sleep on the edge it works; and, (3) A month ago we bought the new Cloud. This newer version of the Cloud is lower height and equally soft throughout (bonus it fits in a regular size pillow case). For both my large husband and myself, this is the proven pillow to sleep on. I've just ordered another set for another bed.

It did take some getting used to as I would normally buy really fluffy pillows without much support (hence the neck pain most likely!) but I do think it's working. I find myself sleeping through the night more and not waking up with such a stiff neck. I would definitely recommend to anyone having neck trouble or trouble sleeping.

If you're looking for your first "adult" pillow but aren't ready to go full on with a weirdly shaped pillow, this is for you.

Been looking for a comfortable pillow to use, but this one was another mistake...It made my back and neck area worse....I won't recommend I don't usually make ratings or reviews but because this is an expensive pillow I don't want anybody made a mistake like I did.

I love how it forms to every position you're in and goes right back to the form of a pillow when not using it. It has helped with my headaches that I used to get often from sleeping with not so good of a pillow. The only thing I wish I could've chose from this product is it's size. A king size would have been nice. But still in love with this product!

I changed my pillow to memory form one from Brookstone a year ago but not much improved and finally I switched to Tempur Pedic 'TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow' a few months ago. I have to say that I don't have the headache and neck pain anymore! I'm now a Tempur Pedic Ambassador. Thank you Tempur Pedic!!
