This pillow is awesome! I wish I bought two... Bought a Symphony pillow and does not compared to the quality of this! So soft, high quality and very comfortable. I do not stand behind Tempurdic not allowing returns! I would be so much happier if I could have had two of these! Don't waste your time with anything else, get the cloud!

The ad stated it was a great all around pillow for any type of sleeper and my girlfriend and I are 28 and 30 years old without a real preference of sleep position or any limitations due to skeletal/muscle issues however, we've tried them in all positions and they sink in too much. They stay cool which is a plus atleast but I find these pillows better for comfort like to hug or have between the knees.

I had actually forgotten what it felt like to wake up without a stiff neck. I'm so glad I found the TEMPUR-Cloud, the lower loft helps keep my spine in alignment and the soft, comfortable memory foam makes it easy for me to fall asleep quickly. Finding a pillow that is right for my personal sleeping style has been a game changer! What I love the most about this pillow is that it's always the perfect shape. After sleeping on a feather pillow for years and having to constantly readjust and force it into a comfortable shape (often multiple times per night), I finally have a pillow that I can just relax into the moment I set my head down.

Unfortunately though as a back sleeper I need a higher level of neck support so I switched back to my old tempurpedic wave pillow. Wish I could use these instead because I love the softness. I am still keeping them to swap out any other old pillows I had around but I can't make them my every night pillow.

When I first got the I thought they weren't going to work because they feel literally like a cloud. Once you put your head on, it sinks a lil bit. I didn't like that but, because of the money I spent on the pillows I decided to give them a chance. I love them now! I'm a side and tummy sleeper and they work great for me. Doesn't matter the position I decide to sleep, I wake up feeling I'm 5 years old again. Just give them a try!

I have three Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our home and have advocated the brand for over 25 years. Unfortunately, my wife purchased two pillows from Tempur-Pedic that were delivered five days ago; after three nights of waking up with sore necks, it is clear that they will not work. After calling customer support and speaking with "Faith" (customer care supervisor), I was told that they are not returnable and that I should consider modifying the temperature of our room if they are too soft or too hard. I am struggling as the "90-Night Trial" is advertised all over the Tempur-Pedic website, and you have to go two or more clicks deep into the fine print to see that this only applies to mattresses. I went through the same checkout process as my wife to see that the information was hiding behind a link on the bottom right-hand corner of the checkout page. Nowadays, most mail-order mattress/pillow companies offer trial periods; it is unfortunate and misleading to offer a trial period but bury the fact that it only applies to a small portion of your products behind links and in the fine print.
