It stays in place on the bed and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night to find my pillow in the floor lol. Very comfortable and soft. Absolutely Perfect !!

A lot of pillows are too hard and then irritate that ridge in my ears that sticks out a bit. This one is perfect and can be used in a lot of ways (sitting up, under head, between knees, behind back). Got 2 in the special and would buy again for guest rooms.

My husband and I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for many years and we love it!! A few years ago, we each got Tempur-Pedic pillows. He chose the cool one and I chose a Tempur-Cloud pillow. We both really liked the pillows although the cool one really did not provide all night cooling for my husband. We just purchased new Tempur Cloud pillows...thinking there were the same as the one I had previously...they were NOT!!!! They flattened to nothing at all...and gave no support. They are very poorly made. We are very disappointed in them! We do NOT recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 of these for the wife and I. While the pillow does feel nice, it is way to soft to offer any support. This is coming from someone who has always been a fan of using the softest, thinnest pillows available wherever I go. I wake up with worse neck/shoulder pain than I had prior to using this, and I think it's mainly due to the design. It seems to put pressure in all of the wrong places and allows the portions you would want pressure to sink... hard to describe. My wife had the same issue and quickly moved on from it after a few nights, I hung on a bit hoping I would "adjust" to it but alas it did not happen. Unfortunately Tempur does not offer returns on pillows so we're stuck with 2 expensive pillows we can't even use.

My neck and shoulder has been hurting for years. I thought it was the way i sit on the computer or something. I'd get massages and the next day the neck/shoulder pains would come back. One day, i thought about my pillows and decided it was time to change new pillows. The cloud pillow has great reviews so i went for it. Total game changer. Had these pillows for over a month my pain is gone. No pain at all anymore! Hubby said his back stopped hurting! Love this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying my pillows from tempurpedic, I'd always just get some from for cheap at my local store, but suffer constant neck pains. When it comes to pillows, I'm super picky. I first used tempurpedic pillows when I was visiting a family member who had some in their guest room, and from there on out I just knew I needed one. What I love about these pillows is that they have just the right amount of comfort and support. Let's my head sink a little, but not too much to where it's like I'm sleeping with my head on my mattress. They even come with a protective, washable, zip up pillowcase. The only negative thing I have to say about the pillows themselves is the price. For the quality, you definitely get your money's worth but I do wish they were a little cheaper.

They're soft, yet firm and haven't given way after night after night of folding, bending, and rotating. (I sleep with my pillow folding in half and move around a lot) My only issue is I ordered during a buy one, get one promotion. I was a bit confused about how the promotion worked, so I called customer support and was told all I needed to do was order one and the second would automatically ship with it. Turns out that was incorrect so I only received one pillow. To their credit, they did end up sending the second pillow at no charge but the time it took to receive both pillows was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing pillow! Just like our other Tempurpedic pillows, it is super comfortable and great quality. It looked thinner than I was expecting, but it doesn't feel thin at all and it isn't hot to sleep against. I absolutely love it!!

There isn't anything that I don't love about this product. Was skeptical at first but I was won over by its construction, correct firmness and sleep satisfaction.
