I got this pillow for myself after sleeping on a Tempur-Symphony for over 10 years. I was starting to have neck pain with my old pillow, so I decided it's high time I get a new one. This pillow is soft and has a nice thickness for me. Something I really like about it is that it's more box-shaped than the Symphony. Having that vertical edge feels like it does a better job of elevating my head to be in line with my spine. It does have a texture that my old Symphony didn't have, so that was something to get used to. I do think it would be better with a smooth surface, but it wasn't really difficult to get used to.

At first I didn't like this pillow, it has very low resistance, not very thick and didn't recover fast. But the first night I slept on it my neck felt better than it had felt for awhile. If you don't like thin pillows this one isn't for you. It's very good for back sleeping. I sleep on all sides, back and stomach. Now that I'm used to it be a thinner tempurpedic pillow I like it. I love my old tempurpedic pillows but now I realize they are probably too thick for me.

This being the fourth, after 30/60 days with the others one of us end up hating the mattress. We have had our Tempur mattress for 6 months and our pillows for 2 months....This was the best decision we have ever made. We both sleep through the night and wake up relaxed.

I was pleasantly surprised by how truly relaxing and comfortable this is. It conforms to my head and shoulders so well. I haven't had a better pillow, ever! I would definitely recommend this pillow for someone who wants both support and slack to their head, neck, and shoulders. If I had more beds, I would buy more of these pillows, without a doubt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Temper Coud matress set and pillows it's been a life saver for me, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I can not sleep on any other matress but this. It eleviates my bone pain and the pillows I have are the Symphonic they prevent my horrific headaches. I would never give up my bed nor pillows would love a net set of both! Mine is quite old!

I gotta say that after the first week of use I could already feel how my neck and upper back soreness was getting better. Completely recommended!

If you like a really thick and firm pillow, this will be perfect. It was too firm for me, but the TEMPUR-Adapt® Pro + Cooling Pillow is perfect if you like softer not so firm pillows. I love Tempur pedic products but you really have to know most of their products are for support so they might be a little firm, always try them. If you want quality and a really firm pillow this one will work for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is dense yet giving. It gives me pretty good support and feels like a fluffed up down pillow no matter what which is pretty cool. My only complaint is that it's a bit too thin for me. I have to put a folded up towel or thin pillow underneath for the perfect height.
