I decided to buy them anyways, and my partner and I LOVE them. I love the height of the pillow because it allows me to sleep on my back, sides and stomach comfortably. In the morning we feel refreshed and have no pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two recent, expensive mattress purchases from other manufacturers (both awful), I could not afford a full Tempur-Pedic mattress (I should have known better, to quote The Beatles), so I was thrilled to find a Tempur-Pedic topper. A huge bonus was getting a free pillow in the bargain. I'd also made years of mistakes buying pillows that were never supportive or comfortable, and was at the end of my rope. Laying my head on the Tempur-Pedic Cloud pillow, coupled with the topper, was Heaven. No more neck or back pains! If you have been searching for the perfect pillow, trust me - this is it. After a year it's still performing like new, something I've never been able to say about ANY of the dozens and dozens of pillow I've owned in my 60-odd year life. Extremely comfortable, extremely supportive.

I normally don't spend this much on a pillow but I am glad that I did. Normally i toss and turn but after using this pillow for over 60 days it has significantly reduced my issues with waking up constantly.

Inflammation from arthritis in my C-Spine has been greatly reduced and I no longer have tension headaches! I live a much happier life and am now a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer forever!

Pillow preference is not universal. There are many factors determining what will contribute to a good night's sleep, as well. I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow because of the Tempurpedic reputation and the fact that I had purchased different pillows from them in the past, which are no longer made. This one is really nice, comfortable, keeps its form and shape, gives excellent head and neck support, and is not too expensive for the average consumer. I highly recommend it for its quality, construction, weight, and feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Tempur Pedic fan and purchased the Cloud pillow a few years ago and fell in love with it. When I recently purchased this new Cloud I was surprised to see that it was a completely different design than the old one. The new Cloud is not nearly as firm (very squishy) and has very slow memory. This is definitely not what I was expecting to receive and was disappointed that I could not return it.

I thought this pillow will elevate my sleep! I never had a good sleep since I got this pillow. It's too soft and does not support your neck. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with neck pain. Be careful before you buy this pillow. They don't accept return if you are not happy with it. I do not recommend this pillow to back sleepers and side sleepers !

This pillow bring me soft touch with my neck and make my sleep perfectly comfortable. Now, I can't go sleep without it. Nothing more I can say it but love it so much. Thanks TEMPER!

They are not too hard, not too squishy, not too plump or thin, just the right size and firmness for us. First two - three days there was a slight smell from them, but it aired out pretty quickly. It's been several months of everyday use, and both pillows look and feel like new.
