This pillow didn't work well for me on our current mattress, I ended up with neck and shoulder pain. I bought 2 of them because I briefly tried one in a store and I thought it felt good. I believe the policy is I can't return them. I only opened one of them to try it out and used a pillow cover on it. I only gave it 2 stars because it didn't work for me, but I feel like it's a quality pillow and could work fine for others.

Bought the 2 pack. Was skeptical. Had old school Tempur pillows before and didn't like them. Right out of the box I loved the feel. Offered the second pillow to my wife. She declined. My daughter grabbed it. Told my wife she would be sorry. That night I slept great. My daughter did too. We raved about the pillows over breakfast. My wife asked to sleep with my pillow. I declined. She grabbed my daughters and loves it. Now I'll order another two pack because my daughter wants another for my ex wife's house. Got my buddies in the office to order too. I'm a believer.

I honestly own a memory foam pillow but this tempurpedic pillow is 100× better!!!! Honestly i recomend it if you want a better sleeping experience.

I bought when buy one get one and I will definitely being doing it again. I get great sleep on these pillows and my head doesn't sweat every night. The size of pillow is great and the shape works for me when sleeping on stomach or side I also use them laying on my back. No issues. Great product.

We were both waking up regularly with neck/ back pain. When I saw a special for the cloud pillow I decided to try it. It was a little weird at first as it is lower/thinner than I normally like, but we both have been sleeping great. Neck and back pain are gone. Definitely recommend!

I have to take it when I travel now because it aligns my neck so perfectly I can't sleep on hotel pillows now without getting migraines. My only complaint is it gets warm, but I'm willing to accept that because of all it's other benefits.

My husband had a cervical discectomy/fusion and well, I'm just plain picky. At 52 years old, I still used pillow from junior high because I couldn't find a better one...that was until I got smart and ordered the Tempurpedic iCloud pillows.
