I actually love this pillow, but only wish it was 2 inches thicker. This would make it an amazing pillow! I've bought quite a few pillows and this one is definitely the best, but makes my head sleep just a bit to low. I know there is an adjustable version, but I didn't care for the foam bits as it didn't feel as comfortable to me. I will definitely purchase again if there is thicker options later...

The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.

But after sleeping on it for two nights, I noticed that I was no longer waking up and having to crack my neck. Since I sit at a desk all day, I used to find myself having neck pain and constantly rolling it around to loosen it up. All of that has magically disappeared since using this pillow and now I can't imagine ever owning another pillow. (I also got the tempur topper supreme mattress topper and the combination of that and this pillow has cured pain over my whole body).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of the tempurpedic cloud pillows..I bought this since my older ones had staining on the case and it seemed the most similar due to the quilted case. The pillows are smaller than previous, the outer case was cotton before and now it's a cheap polyester. The memory foam doesnt bounce back as much as previous pillow. I went back to my old pillow anyway but good overall for someone who doesn't know what they are missing. My partner has the other new pillow and is okay with it.

I have had neck surgery and am very picky about what pillow I use. After sleeping on this for a week I ended up buying two more to give as gifts to my kids. This is surprisingly comfortable and gives great support for side and stomach sleeping.
