I had been looking for a good pillow for so long! I can't stand pillows that are too soft or too hard and that seemed to be all I could find. I sleep on my back mostly so I looked for pillows that were better for that and this one was on that list and seemed like the best option. It definitely was! I am so happy, I sleep so much better and don't wake up with neck pain anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems very good quality but is only soft at first, once it has adjusted to you it seems hard compressed. I sleep mostly on my stomach and move around, this becomes hard when adjusting in the middle of the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good feel right from the start. Great quality, come with pillow protection and feels as good as my tempur-pedic bed. In fact I just received the topper I had ordered for my daughter (for convertible couch) and it's wonderful and so comfortable!

I was very disappointed in this pillow and we bought 2 of them. No support at all. Flattens out as soon as you lay on it. Might as well sleep without a pillow. Furthermore, they will not accept returns for pillows so that $99 bucks down the drain for pillows that will never be used. Extremely disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did have pillows that were fairly new, but I suspected that the reason why I have developed a case of TMJ was the support of these pillows to my face during body side sleep, so I decided to purchase these pillows with much improvement of my TMJ, because the high of the pillow is just the correct one to keep my cervical spine aligned. The recipient didn't like the firmness and returned the pillows to me. Now I'm stuck with two pillows that nobody wants. Neither pillow was used. Please make the return policy more clear in your ads. How are you suppose to test a pillow for your own personal comfort?

It's harder and heavier and doesn't give like the store bought pillows. We still like them and put them in the guest room, but we're not using them on a nightly basis.
