[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cloud Pillow is legit. My head is surrounded by comfort. I just want to lay on it even if it's not bed time. I can now sleep through the night without having to wake up because my neck hurts. Do yourself a favor and INVEST in your sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased my first TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow during the holiday "2 for 1" deal. My son had been complaining of neck cramping from previous pillow used. I chose the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow over others after reading up on the reviews and a recommendation from my sis who stated the following: I'd rather pay for an expensive pillow that will last a few years over constant neck pain and having to replace a bad pillow every few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows take a while to get use to. I find I need to plant my head into it to find a comfortable position. That being said my husband and I both like them. We ended up buying another set for our RV.

I was so hoping this would improve my sleep, however the opposite happened. This pillow just doesn't seem to have cushion-shape forming properties of our other Tempur products that we have. The pillow is rather hard and actually makes my neck hurt, whether laying on my back or side. The two pillows purchased have been designated for the guest bedroom and now we are searching for new pillows.

I was hesitant to purchase this pillow after trying one briefly at the furniture store when I bought my Tempur-Pedic mattress. I bought an adjustable frame and found that I could not manage to get comfortable with my foam pillows. I was constantly adjusting them. Then I bought the Tempur-Cloud Pillow. It conforms to my head and neck and I sleep much more comfortably with my new mattress and pillow. I highly recommend this pillow. My husband likes his pillow as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow was not as soft for me as I would have liked . Kinda held my head to high and would wake up with a sore neck. The pillow itself feels of high quality and is well made. It may just be my body type. May be great for someone else. I will try another tempurpedic pillow and see if that works better for me.

I have always had Tempur-pedic pillows then it was time for new ones. I thought these were similar to my old ones and come to find that these were literally as flat as a pancake and provide no support Please do not buy unless you like extremely flat pillows and save your money. I'm not sure why Tempur-pedic does not specify this how flat they are in the product description because now when reading reviews I see some other people with the same problem.

I got these on the Memorial Day Bogo sale. This was easily my favorite purchase of the year and I have been recommending these pillows to all my friends and family. All my neck and back pain was gone after the first night using these. Would definitely purchase again and I've been so happy with the pillows I am going to buy the mattress as well!

This is the first pillow I've bought in 15 years that my husband is happy with. He is a side/stomach sleeper wearing a CPAP. I'm glad I bought two because I love it too!!! I'm a side/back sleeper and wear earplugs. This pillow is soft enough to help my ears be comfortable yet supports well to keep my shoulder from hurting. We are around age 60, so our age related aches and pains are helped by this pillow.

At first I was not all that impressed with this pillow. Seemed kind of "meh". Then I decided to give it a try. I have never had a pillow that was so accommodating. It's like it's not there. I mean, you don't notice it at all; you just sleep well on it. I use a CPAP machine and pillows sometimes get in the way. Not this one. You can't judge it awake. You have to give it a night-then you'll understand. It's like magic.
