They are also quite heavy - not something I would be able to keep long term, which is unfortunate. Glad I was able to purchase as BOGO so I didn't have to pay full price for both - silver lining I suppose.

Highly disapointed with the pillows was gonna send them back but i just knew they were going to be perfect so i destroyed the boxes an put the pillows on my guest bed, and my brother showed up from out of state for a few days and he hated them also when he asked me where i got them i said from tempur pedic he couldnt believe it, thats the truth of the matter, totally disapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was soft and comfortable when I am laying face up sleeping. Felt no pressure on the head and neck. The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.

It curves your neck naturally relaxing your posture so that you don't toss and turn at night. My sleep hours has dramatically increased and I wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I wish I purchase one a long time ago...

The Tempur - Cloud Pillow is the best pillow I have ever rested my head on! I purchased 2! I'm sleeping better than I have in years! The quality is outstanding! The feel is So soft and comfortable! Thank You Tempurpedic! I Cant say enough great things about this Company!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sorry to say this pillow provides no support for the neck at all. I bought both the tempur-neck pillow and this tempur-cloud pillow. Because the quality of the neck pillow has change d and it is now too hard to sleep on and it hurt my neck, that was why I wanted to try this cloud one. However, it has no support at all for my neck and I had to stop using it too because I experienced headaches after sleeping on it. I wish the company could offer customers refund like it did in the past, but I ended up hide it in my storage room because I tried to give it away to my friends and no one likes it.

They are not too flat, not too puffy, just perfect! Plus they come with a cover so they are easy to wash. No downsides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are okay overall, but not great. I was expecting something much more supportive from tempur-pedic, especially at the price point. The first few nights with them were very difficult as it felt like my head went straight to the mattress compared to the firmer pillow I had been using before. However, after getting used to them, I like them a little better better. Still not quite the support I need, but not too bad. I think the next level up of firmness would be better for us, but since we can't return and these are expensive, we're going to use them for the time being.
