[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so disappointed with this pillow. If you don't like any support on your pillows this is for you, as for me I need support. I couldn't even sleep one night with this pillow. I tried to initiate a return and they said no returns, even though I haven't opened one pillow since I bought two. So I wasted my money. Do not waste your money. Look elsewhere.

We have used both these and the Dual Breeze Cloud pillows, and they rank #1 and #2, respectively. This seems to last longer than Dual Breeze Cloud and fits very well for true side sleepers. I tell all my patients to buy them!

Bought Tempur-pedic mattress in May with new pillows that gave me neck pain, something I never had with my very old pillows. So I decided to try the Cloud Pillow, and it got rid of that neck pain immediately. I hope it continues to perform as it has so far.

These stay firm and I love how I can take out the inner memory foam to eash the outer cover. 10 out of 10! I bought 2 for my best friend and he says he no longer has neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is soft and supportive. We tried some out at the mattress store and they were way softer. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. We ordered the softest one but it was not the same. It is still nice and supportive to sleep on though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the reviews and took a chance, because I am a side sleeper I was skeptic to buy this pillow it says it's best for back sleepers but I was surprised that this pillow worked for me! It is very soft but supportive for my neck, I always had issues with pillows because I would wake up with back aches and neck soreness. I highly recommend this pillow for any type of sleeping position it will not disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the pillow it looked great. As soon as I put my head on it, it sunk down and my head was only about 1" higher than the mattress. I can use it if I keep my hand under the pillow for a little more support. Overall I am very disappointed with this pillow, especially for the price. If you like a flat pillow you will probably like it. If you like a pillow with some substance, stay away.

I had high hopes for this pillow, after using Tempur-pedic in the past and it was a letdown. Typically most pillows compress slightly when in use but this one compressed completely. I was hoping to have some support for my head and neck but this pillow did not help much at all. Love... The pattern The Shape Dislike.. We both have back + neck pain and I was skeptical that these pillows would be perfect for us as it has been for all the people who left stellar reviews, also since we can't return, but we are beyond happy I have them a shot. We have not slept better! Since day one both of us were in love and don't wake up w neck pain anymore. We sleep deeper and wish I could buy this pillow for everyone!! Don't waste any more minutes reading reviews and order this now. I'm grateful to have found this pillow that allows us to have restful painless sleep. Only complaint is I wish they made bigger sizes as I have a cal king bed.
