Had to purchase expensive cleaning products and special sponges to try and keep it looking new. Very hard to clean. Like the smart features however DO NOT like that I cannot preheat the oven remotely.I Do like the large oven space . Has it's good and bad

Excelent product. I bougth mine 6 months ago and it is very easy to clean with the proper cleaning product and everything gets out. Today it looks like new and I cook everyday. It's very imortant to clean the surface after use or don't cook again before cleaning. The surface will not scratch if you use the recomended cleaning product.

Also the blue showing all the dirty spots helps. Preheats fast for what we were used to, cooks a little faster too. Overall satisfied. Definitely pay attention to the first time instructions and run it at a high temperature a few times to cure everything the smell is pretty bad but stops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this stove. I previously had a stainless-steel range, but this has a much sleeker design. It looks great in my kitchen. Meals I cooked in the oven, such as chicken dishes & vegetables turned out delicious. They were cooked evenly, and this was a great improvement from my previous range. The stove top cleaned up nicely after using it to cook pasta and sauce. Connecting via an app to the range is an interesting twist on cooking, but its not something I will most likely use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 11/2023 & working great. It is easy to set up with sync feature on my phone. Let's me lock oven to keep small kids from accessing. It let's me know when it is on in case I forget to turn off burner/oven. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart range looks very attractive in my kitchen, much more than my old white range with visible coils. I love the modern, clean looking glasstop, no more ugly coils that collect food and cooking oil. I've never owned stainless steel before and was afraid this would be a finger-print magnet, but that is not the case, any hand smudge or fingerprints easily wipe off. Similarly the cooktop is pretty easy to clean too, all I use is a cloth with soap and water. To make cleaning even easier, the oven even has a steam cleaning feature. Setup with the SmartThings app was easy, all I had to do was scan the barcode on the front of the oven and boom, that was it, it was connected. Using the smart controls to set the oven temp is pretty cool, though you do still have to physically press the start button on the oven. My last range was not digital, so being able to use cook timers, see what the current temperature is, and having a light inside the oven has been a huge upgrade. Another feature I've grown to love is the rapid boil feature. I'm able to heat things up much faster on the stove top. Finally, the oven plays music when it reaches temperature or the cook time has finished and it will send notifications to your phone, which I found to be useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this range so far. The stainless steel is very nice. It makes my kitchen look complete and very elegant. The flat stove is very easy to clean, which is a huge plus compared to my old range. I love the rapid boil feature and how quickly it heats up. The oven part has plenty of room in it. Connecting it to the wifi was simple to do and it's a nice added feature although it isn't really necessary, it is an added plus. I like that it sends me a notification whenever the oven is preheated or when the time is up. I can be anywhere in the house and know when my food is ready. Overall this is a very nice range and I would definitely recommend it to others.
