i do like this range, i thought i might like the griddle grate too - but i'm afraid to use it because of the mess it will likely leave. it also has a rather narrow surface on the griddle, so another reason i'm not likely to use it. i hope that either samsung, or an aftermarket supplier creates a grate that will match the other two. i think the center burner would be more useful under a regular cooking grate. other than this, i have no qualms with this range.

Purchased 08/01/2025 I have found the glass top scratches extremely easily. I have had other glass top ranges without this problem. The oven light has burned out and oven has not been used often in the past year. Oven temperature is hoter than settings. I would not purchase this range again.

However, I would not recommend this product due to the decals on the control panel wearing off within the year. Samsung didn't offer any resolution to this, so I needed to buy a new controller panel for a large price simply because the decals came off.

As a mom who cooks every meal for my family, a reliable oven is essential. Unfortunately, this one gets extremely hot on the outside burning any hand that touches the outside and feels cheaply made. I wouldn't recommend it

Bought a home with this Samsung range in it. it had scratches in an odd design on the bottom that had rusted. Had a new electrical panel installed and new GFCI circuit to meet code along with Romex wiring. When running the self clean cycle, it tripped the cricuit twice, With a google lens search of the scratches, discovered that other had the same issue with the damage on the oven floor when running self clean or even just heating the oven to bake. The heating element under the oven floor is cracking the eneamel surface, So now we have a range that isn't that old that is non-functional. The comments are that Samsung refuses to acknowledge the problem or do anything about it. After the well known problems with the Samsung side by side refrigerators, I sure would not buy a Samsung

Where the plug connects to the stove is poorly constructed and touched a piece of the back of the unit and burned up. Luckily it was caught before it burned my house down. Of course the warranty is out and now I have to buy a new unit. It will NOT be a Samsung.

Terrible product. After 1 year the panel lights went out and the oven stopped working. Too bad there is not an option for zero stars.

Oven looks great! But every time the timer goes off or the oven finishes preheating it plays the shrillest, most annoying song you've ever heard, and the only way to turn it off is to turn off ALL sound. Why they assumed this is what everyone would want is beyond me. PLEASE patch this or something. It's awful. Also the blue lights used in the display are too bright. Makes it hard to read

this is my second range. one week ago i got my first defective one. i now have the second one, its defective too! i spent over $1000.00 for a range i thought was going to be a good product. the first one had a error code specifying a signal malfunction, which needed replacement. the second ones firmware needed to be upgraded, per tech support. i'm returning it, too much trouble for a range.
