I purchased my range 6/15/25. The first thing that went out was the start button have to hit cancel several times to activate the start. On 1/16/26 my oven stopped working heat stays at 175. I contacted Samsung that day and after a week of getting the run around I received a call saying they're unable to find a repair tech for my area. Not sure what the out come will be but I'm definitely not a happy camper right now with no oven and not knowing when I will have one.

I couldn't find anything on how to fix the problem. Also it is very hard to keep clean and put the burners back together. If you are a clean nut I would not recommend this stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my 6.0 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range with 18K BTU Dual Power Burner & Self Clean for a couple weeks now and I'm amazed. I love the 2 cast iron grates on top and the flat griddle in the middle. All burners work perfectly. My favorite function is the Dual Power Burner, it boils food/liquid so much faster, makes cook spaghetti so much faster. It's very easy to clean as well. The over/broiler cooks evenly and is efficient. I have baked cookies and broiled steaks and made enchiladas the timing is perfect, the food comes out amazing. I love the fact that the size of this oven is so big. Another great feature is that it is WiFi enabled. Installing/Using the Smart Things app is simple and walk through the step to connect to your Samsung appliance. It's nice to have the ability to turn off oven from the app, just wish you could turn it on for preheating. I highly recommend this Samsung Gas Stove. It is the highlight of my kitchen.

It works with the Samsung Smart Things app. I can pre-heat or even turn it off from my phone. It notifies me on the phone when the oven is on or off, which makes my life so much easier. No more wondering did I turn my oven off. I can preheat on the way home by setting the temperature and starting the oven. It has a dual-burner that heats up lightning fast, which I love. There is no wait at all! My favorite feature is the non stick griddle in the middle. I use this griddle for pancakes and even warming up several tortillas all at once. The design is sleek and modern. I like how the controls are on a flat surface so it is easy to wipe clean. The warming pan is smaller so the oven has more space. I have cooked four items at the same time with plenty of room . My Thanksgiving turkey can be bigger this year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first ever sleek, futuristic if you will, range that we got and we are in love with it. Our previous oven that we had was an electric stove with the coils the thing was ugly as sin compared to this beauty. The smooth stainless steel finish with the black glass top is very pleasing to look at as well as the beautiful spacious dark blue inside of the oven. The control display is very easy to use with the light blue LEDs and the buttons are easy to use, and the knobs make it easy to set the intensity of the burners as well as allowing to turn on the inside burner ring as well as the outside ring for the main 2 front burners. My wife was really amazed that the rapid boil feature, which by far is our favorite feature of the range, worked just as advertised and boiled water very quickly. We haven't had a chance to use self clean or steam clean feature yet since the range is still new and shiny. My wife also loves the fact that it has 2 big main burners for cooking since our last one only had one big one. We also haven't had the chance to try the WiFi connectivity feature to control the range when not at home but are excited to try it out soon. All in all this range is amazing, we love using it everyday since cooking with the preset buttons is a breeze and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an electric range.

I am more than happy with the speed of the oven preheating time, the rapid boil burners and most of all the ability to remotely start the oven by using the Smart Things App. We have absolutely no complaints.

The oven door glass shattered and Samsung refused to repair or replace. I had the oven for 35 days. Total waste of money.
