It is very stunning in appearance and I love it except you do not give any information of how to set the clock on it nor how to start baking with the baking selection. I just got this Jan. 4th because my stove of 18 years kept blowing the oven element. I am stumped as to how one would go about setting up that clock?

The oven works great, it looks clean and appealing. it also heats up very fast. but the knobs and dials could be a bit slimmer for a better appearance.

I upgraded all my kitchen appliances with new Samsung products so the range fits right in. The design is modern and sleek. The cooktops work great and I like the dual rings to better control heat, which can be difficult with electric when using different types/sizes of pans. The glass cooktop is easy to clean. The inside of the oven is large to hold multiple dishes - I haven't gotten it dirty yet, but I'm excited to try the steam clean! My only complaint is that the top of the unit where the buttons are mounted moves backwards if you press the buttons too hard, which makes it feel flimsier than it is. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the new range and oven. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new one! I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

I rent an apartment and this was a brand new electric range that came with the apartment. I used the self cleaning oven feature and would do ANYTHING to take it back. The whole interior of the oven turns to a white ash which they say wipes clean. HA, it is incredibly difficult to remove and there are some kind of coils inside the oven roof that make it impossible to reach underneath to wipe clean. The interior glass is permanently ruined after this cleaning as well. It has a gray film. Not dirt or grease, a film. I only used the self cleaning feature because of a little spill on the bottom of the stove and I'm moving out so I wanted it to be perfect. It looks like the entire interior of the oven is ruined now. Streaked, film on the glass. Horrible. I don't even know what to do or use to clean it because I don't want to ruin it any further. Very frustrating and disappointing. I hope my landlord doesn't take this out on me

Bought this range to replace our old radiant coil glasstop- its amazing. The water boil times are something I never thought possible, and the temp control is on par with a gas range- with way less pollution. I received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Excelent product. I bougth mine 6 months ago and it is very easy to clean with the proper cleaning product and everything gets out. Today it looks like new and I cook everyday. It's very imortant to clean the surface after use or don't cook again before cleaning. The surface will not scratch if you use the recomended cleaning product.

The glass top is very sleek and modern, and the overall look of the oven makes our kitchen appear so much more up to date. The top heating elements heat up very fast and we have noticed that they are more effective than our previous unit. The main oven itself also heats up very well and we have been more than happy with its performance! The smart Wi-Fi feature has been a huge help as we are able to check on our phones when we are out to see if we forgot to turn it off, which has happened. When that happens, we are able to turn it off from our phones which is a feature I can no longer live without. I can not recommend this oven enough! From a glamorous style to outstanding features as it has everything I need and more.
