Of course, later in the evening I found a Knick on it. Super bummed about this. Its in front too so that is all I see. On another note, it is a cool range. It works well, is a great look and sleek design. I appreciate my opportunity, just wish I could have been able to catch this flaw right away. Other than that, I can still use it and I enjoy the rapid boil feature. The self cleaning oven options is great too. I have used it once already and it was awesome. I also used the app, it would be much better if you could turn the range on from your app. I included a photo of the damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery and installation process was easy. I love the look of the unit with the black and stainless steel. It looks great in the kitchen. I looove the rapid boil feature. It's super fast and so nice on busy dinner nights. The display is clear and easy to use. Preheating is fast and I truly enjoy the little songs it sings. The oven light is bright and gives a great look at the inside. Everything I have cooked has cooked evenly and at the correct temperature. It does connect to WiFi which is a great feature. Definitely read the owners manual to help you get started using all of the cool features this range has to offer. I love the steam cleaning option. Makes oven cleaning so easy. I am very sensitive to cleaning products and cannot breath the fumes of traditional oven cleaners. The steam clean is chemical free which makes it perfect for me and safe for kids and pets too. I have been really impressed with the ease of use and the quality of everything made in the oven. The cook top heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their range!

I have had only white appliances and was hesitant to finally buy a stainless finish because of the issue of messy fingerprints. I was happily surprised that this Samsung range seems to resist fingerprints and is really quite easy to keep clean. I love the rapid boil feature.

I find the top of the range very easy to use, I especially like the rapid boil feature. I haven't had a chance to use the oven yet, but my wife assures me it is very good. I like the simple layout of the controls and found them very easy to master. Overall I am very pleased with the range and would recommend it. My only negative to date is I would improve the backlighting for the controls as from time to time it can be difficult to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is excellent. We have had perfect dinners because of this oven. The SmartThings app even lets you preheat your oven. All we need to do is go on the app preheat the oven, go home and throw our premade dinners in the oven: love it.

I love the modern look of the heating coil under the glass, the smaller and more efficient controls, and most of all the steam clean for the oven! I am beyond tickled that I will never have to use another turn-it-to-ash-and-stink-up-the-house oven cleaning cycle. In short, I am amazed that I am cooking more often on my Samsung range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For an electric range this one is great. The smart features are good but I wish the remote start feature would not shut down on it's own. You have to turn it on if you know you are going to need the oven on in advance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my range, got to install the smart control.. to do that make sure you have smart things app installed..open app, add a new device by scanning QR Code which is found in the oven door upper right corner near the handle.. be sure your phone is connected to your wifi. From there everything should go smoothly. Once installed you can control and monitor your oven from there! I'm very impressed. This rapid boil technology is amazing. Took a minute to boil water... oh I'm going to have fun with this! I'm loving the rapid boil cuz you can take cold water and have it boil in less than 3 minutes. I love cooking in the oven along with using the SmartThings app because my app actually alert me to my food being done incase I cannot hear it. I've made spaghetti I've baked a couple cakes already. The alert option on the stove to tell you when it's done being preheated or when your food is ready is a nice little time so it's easy to hear and once you take the food out of the oven the oven automatically shuts itself off. I've made potatoes which were done before the rest of the food so I put it on the warmer in the warmer work fantastic! If anybody is looking for a stove this is definitely the option that you want to have! I'm sure the stove has many more bells and whistles that I've yet to discover and when I do I will update my testimony. I couldn't be any happier than I am with the stove.
