I got this chair to replace an older chair that lasted about five years. This appears to be high quality and is quite comfortable.

Had similar products in the past decent quality for the price. Too early to rate the new chair but I have high expectations.

Bought this chair to work from home, tried others, but live that it is made from good quality, and how it comforts my back

The chair was an excellent choice,we have purchased a couple prior to this and returned. My wife is very pleased with this one. Thank you!

Ordered and wanted but was damaged before it got to my home.

Love the chair. It’s very comfortable

Love the ease of assembly and love even more the comfort of what is considered a budget chair with a name brand (Serta) behind it ???

Awesome for the price!! Very happy- easy assembled

Much better than my old chair. The armrests actually fit under my desk and the paddinng is super comfy while being firm enough for support.

Easy to confuse which arm goes onto which side - must be sure of which part of the seat is the front (label is on bottom!).
