Seat is not as soft as I would like and the seat is a bit shorter than desired for full leg support (I'm over 6' tall), width is fine, other than that, this chair is a great bargain. It is replacing one I spent over $300 on at Office Max. So you would expect some features to be missing. Key reason the other chair was replaced was the material (which I thought was supposed to be leather) was flaking off the arms. It did give over 8 years of good service though. It also was made by Serta. Overall, based on the price I think this is a pretty good deal. Assembly was straight forward and took only a few minutes. All necessary tools are in the box and the instructions are straight forward.

Easy to assemble, comfortable for sitting long periods, suitable for husky guys, feels like it should be a 200 dollar chair vs. 80 I got it for on sale. The same company that warranties the chairs from Walmart the cheap ones is the same company that does these ones. I've already looked it up and so if you need replacement parts, you can get them cheap or they'll be covered under warranty. Make sure to keep your receipt.

This is the second time I've purchased this chair. I got introduced to this chair at my nail salon. Its so comfortable, I thought to ask where they got it. I bought two one for my office and one for my home.

I have an older Serta chair from 2020 that it MUCH more comfortable. Concerning this one, the seat is way too firm and doesn’t cradle your buttocks. Instead of the cushion being concave, it is convex and you feel like you’re sitting on a mound. Plus there is the feeling of constantly falling forward. After sitting for an hour or two, my legs and buttocks are numb. Not happy at all with the ergonomics of this chair. Just so annoying to return it but I probably have to.

We should have ordered a high back chair. The mid-back was uncomfortable and the memory foam doesn't let you move in your chair. Because of that, the chair hurt our backs. We put it downstairs and bought a different one.

Quality of the Polyurethane coated material used on this chair is very poor. Much of the polyurethane skin of the material peeled off and made a mess in my home. Tiny little pieces everywhere! I would avoid this one. Chair is fairly comfortable but is not very long lasting.

Looked great, went together easy. But sat down and the seat did not even reach mid thigh & I’m not super tall only 5’9”. It barely went past the end of my butt. I felt like I was perched on the seat. Returned immediately! (should’ve been a warning when I bought mine that I had saw one sitting in returns)

After I assembled this chair, my wife sat in it and complained of "leaning" to the right. I sat in it and noticed the same thing. I appears that the cushion has more support on the left than on the right. I took it back to Sam's and they immediately refunded the purchase price.
