Love the chair. I was replacing a previous older Serta model that it lasted years until the lift cylinder broke and i could not replace it. So I decided to buy this one. The price was a bargain, I love the aesthetics of the chair, the cushioning is excellent, it is so comfortable, a lot more comfortable than my previous one, i just wondered why i waited until the other one broke to upgrade. the difference is night and day.

I recently purchased this Serta mid-back office chair and overall I’m very satisfied with it. The memory foam seat is comfortable and provides good support, especially during longer work sessions. The chair was also easy to assemble, and the instructions were straightforward. I like the design and mesh accents—it looks clean and professional in my workspace. The height adjustment and tilt functions work smoothly, making it easy to find a comfortable position. For the price, this chair offers great value. It may not have all the high-end ergonomic features of more expensive chairs, but it’s a solid, comfortable option for everyday use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable office chair without spending too much.

Very supportive comfortable chair. I’ve had one of the older versions for several years and it was time to replace it. So I went with the current model and it has gotten even better. This version is more supportive than the older version. I am 6’1” and 240 pounds for reference.

Seat is not as soft as I would like and the seat is a bit shorter than desired for full leg support (I'm over 6' tall), width is fine, other than that, this chair is a great bargain. It is replacing one I spent over $300 on at Office Max. So you would expect some features to be missing. Key reason the other chair was replaced was the material (which I thought was supposed to be leather) was flaking off the arms. It did give over 8 years of good service though. It also was made by Serta. Overall, based on the price I think this is a pretty good deal. Assembly was straight forward and took only a few minutes. All necessary tools are in the box and the instructions are straight forward.

I just got my new chair for my office. This is the same chair that I bought in 2021 for my home office and I really love that one. This one seems to be of a little lower quality material, so I took off one star. I'm not sure that it will hold up as well as the other, which still looks brand new, but time will tell. It was easy to assemble. (My 14 year old did it for me this time and I did last time.) I think it took him about 20-30 min.

I have an older Serta chair from 2020 that it MUCH more comfortable. Concerning this one, the seat is way too firm and doesn’t cradle your buttocks. Instead of the cushion being concave, it is convex and you feel like you’re sitting on a mound. Plus there is the feeling of constantly falling forward. After sitting for an hour or two, my legs and buttocks are numb. Not happy at all with the ergonomics of this chair. Just so annoying to return it but I probably have to.

It is comfortable at first but it starts to break down a month or two in. Will attach a photo so you see how the cheap PU material breaks down and thins. Also had to duck tape the seams splitting for now. This is the 2nd chair that did this so unfortunately not a fluke. I am not heavy at 140 lbs so this chair should not be showing wear within 2 months. Also return at anytime is a lie. Guy at club said within 60 days and wouldn't take it back.

The chair was easy to assemble and looked very nice but very uncomfortable to sit on. The seat and back felt very hard and the depth of the seat itself seemed short. I am a tall person so that may have contributed, but I’ve never had this issue with any other desk chairs.

Quality of the Polyurethane coated material used on this chair is very poor. Much of the polyurethane skin of the material peeled off and made a mess in my home. Tiny little pieces everywhere! I would avoid this one. Chair is fairly comfortable but is not very long lasting.

Looked great, went together easy. But sat down and the seat did not even reach mid thigh & I’m not super tall only 5’9”. It barely went past the end of my butt. I felt like I was perched on the seat. Returned immediately! (should’ve been a warning when I bought mine that I had saw one sitting in returns)
