Best chair I ever bought for the price I paid.

Easy to assemble, comfortable for sitting long periods, suitable for husky guys, feels like it should be a 200 dollar chair vs. 80 I got it for on sale. The same company that warranties the chairs from Walmart the cheap ones is the same company that does these ones. I’ve already looked it up and so if you need replacement parts, you can get them cheap or they’ll be covered under warranty. Make sure to keep your receipt.

Superb Comfort.

Love the chair. I was replacing a previous older Serta model that it lasted years until the lift cylinder broke and i could not replace it. So I decided to buy this one. The price was a bargain, I love the aesthetics of the chair, the cushioning is excellent, it is so comfortable, a lot more comfortable than my previous one, i just wondered why i waited until the other one broke to upgrade. the difference is night and day.

Won't last more than 3 months

It is comfortable at first but it starts to break down a month or two in. Will attach a photo so you see how the cheap PU material breaks down and thins. Also had to duck tape the seams splitting for now. This is the 2nd chair that did this so unfortunately not a fluke. I am not heavy at 140 lbs so this chair should not be showing wear within 2 months. Also return at anytime is a lie. Guy at club said within 60 days and wouldn't take it back.

Seat Cushion Unacceptable

After I assembled this chair, my wife sat in it and complained of "leaning" to the right. I sat in it and noticed the same thing. I appears that the cushion has more support on the left than on the right. I took it back to Sam's and they immediately refunded the purchase price.

Not at all comfortable

I'm short and this chair fell short, the back of my knees didn't even hit the edge of the chair. The seat was too short, and my legs went numb after a short time. If you lean forward, the chair leans forward with you. Everything was secure, so it wasn't the way it was put together. I took it back to the store.

Disappointment

After only one year of use, the office chair has begun peeling and the stitching has come undone. The cushion is uncomfortable, and the overall material quality is substandard. I am quite disappointed with this product.
