Wow! Amazing chair!

This is the best office chair I have ever had. I can't believe the low price--I would have paid more. The brown is a beautiful, rich color. The chair is so comfortable! Every time I sit down I think how wonderful it is.

Read the specs

I should have read the specs more carefilly. This chair is for shorter people, of which I'm not. What good is a chair if you have to sit at a 45°angle? I could have got a stool at this point :(

Not too sure about this chair

Purchased this chair for my 12 year old son for his birthday. Within a short period of time (couple weeks) the frame of the chair broke. We thought this would be a good chair for him to sit while gaming. Not sure if this is a lemon or defective.

Comfort and support

I received new chair as a gift from my better half. I work from home and use my chair 5-6 days a week. After working from home for five years, and having beck and back issues (procrastinating surgery)it was time. I am loving this chair so far.

Pain and suffering

The most uncomfortable office chair I think I have ever sat in. It causes actual pain. It’s somewhat of a torture device. Save your money for something else.

Cheap material.

Awful quality of material. The fake leather tore underneath a slight pull of my trimmed finger nail as I was pulling the plastic wrapping off the seat back.

Would not recommend

This chair was comfortable at first, but the fabric has not held up. The seat has ripped and peeled off. I tried to replace the seat but there is a waitlist. I wouldn't recommend this chair.

disappointing

bought this to replace a serta chair have had for years, which was comfortable. (armrest cracked) this was a pain to put together, much higher on the lowest setting then previous one,(feet dont lie flat on floor) and uncomfortable and noisy. very disappointed

solid chair @ good value

This is a fine chair for the cost. It's comfortable and supportive. The up/down mechanism works fine to set your best seat height. And very important for me -- it was easy to assemble using only one tool which was included. Unless you need something fancy, this chair is sturdy %26 functional.

The most uncomfortable Mid-Back office chair ever

I bought this chair with high hopes. Being made by Serta and a great sale price that is. It was ok for about a month, then not at all. After sitting and working for an hour, my Coccyx and lower back are screaming. I have to get up slowly and walk around my office to relieve the pain. I work 10-hour days and I lose time having to walk off the pain every hour. The short seat does not help either. It would be returned if I had the means and the way to do so. I am stuck with it.
