This is our 2nd Serra office chair since my wife and I work from home. I had to buy this one because the first one we purchased started going down on its own. But that works out for my wife since she prefers the chair all the way down.

A quality comfortable chair for a great price! Only problem is that it doesn’t go low enough. I’m 5”5 and my feet barely touch the floor on the lowest setting. Would not be good for anyone shorter.

This chair looks and feel amazing and for the price you can’t beat that. Out with the old chair and in with the new one.

This is my 2nd chair. The seams on the seat of the first chair came out and made the seat uneven and lumpy.

Love the ease of assembly and love even more the comfort of what is considered a budget chair with a name brand (Serta) behind it ???

Haven’t had the opportunity to use much but as I just put together and am sitting in it now, it feels great!

Stitching came apart on the seat. Tried to warranty it through Serta. They sent me to True Innovations who handle their warranty and so far just got the run around. Chair started falling apart about 6 months after purchase.

Really nice well built desk chair. Easy to assemble. I had it delivered from my local Sam’s Club and the guy who brought it to the house was really nice and even brought it into the house for me.

Haven't owned this chair for over 6 months and there's already rips in the so-called leather seat and arm. Thought I was buying a quality chair because of the name Serta. I was wrong.
