Comfortable chair, nice quality. I wish it was a high back now though, that’s what my old one is. These Serta chairs are very comfortable.

Nice chair, not difficult to assemble, too soon to give comfort level, not easy to tilt back, still a little stiff after working with it.

Absolutely amazed at the comfort compared to price. It is on the small side so unless your 5'5 it may be small for you.

This is our 2nd Serra office chair since my wife and I work from home. I had to buy this one because the first one we purchased started going down on its own. But that works out for my wife since she prefers the chair all the way down.

A quality comfortable chair for a great price! Only problem is that it doesn’t go low enough. I’m 5”5 and my feet barely touch the floor on the lowest setting. Would not be good for anyone shorter.
